Good location with 2 nearby train stations.

Location is good, close to Otemachi subway station. Room is small but clean. I didn't have a breakfast but I had to leave before the restaurant opened. You can pick up amenities in the lobby.

Convenient location with straight line going to Tokyo station and possible to walk with a large luggage even without taking the metro.

Satisfied with all facilities, even has bathtub. Counter staffs are very helpful.

Love that it was in a quiet location. Amenities are all given but can get things like tooth brushes etc from the lobby. The front desk were very helpful.

The location is perfect and the room is very clean. It will be even better if the room is a bit bigger.

Very convenient with convenience store nearby. If prefer quiet place, this is a nice place to stay in. Only 1 station away from Tokyo.

The staff is welcoming, and tries their hardest to help you out with what ever you need. The 'save the environment' mission means you can take what amenities you need at the lobby, as well as your choice for the cleaning staff to clean the room. The rooms are compact, but don't feel claustrophobic. The beds are comfortable and on the whole the hotle was very quiet. Water, slippers and pajamas are left in the room for you, along with cleaning soaps in the bathroom. Other amenities like vending machine, washing machine and ice are on different floors. The buffet breakfast has it's staples, and some new dishes changed daily. I especially liked the 'to go'' coffe/tea, which is available throughout the day (with some biscuits). This breakfast is must, and if you're in a rush you can even ask them for a doggie bag. It's in a good location, as there are many stations in close proximity (+/- 10min walk). If you are in the area and find your self hungry, you'll be spoiled for choice with the food trucks for lunch or the plethora of restaurants nearby. There also a 7/11 right across the street. Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was within 5 min walk from the metro. The room was very clean and was slightly bigger than the other Japanese hotels we stayed at. Would come back again.

Location is okay, few mins walk to Otemachi station, good location for business travellers i guess? Self-pick up amenities at the lobby. overall speaking is good, exept when we check out, we were told that we rented an adapter from the hotel but we never did. Maybe it's good to check the room key next time when someone rent something so as the room no. would be correct in the record.
