The view is good. The staff is good but the furniture in the room is a bit dated. The counter for the coffee / kettle/ fridge is not conveniently designed. Not easy for users to maneuver

Excellent stay at the gorgeous Andaz. Room facing Tokyo Tower has spectacular views. So nice to be at a hotel that offers happy hour and canapés for free. But most of all, they have the most amazing staff, like Sayaka, who helped us with restaurant selection and reservations. Thank you!

First post-Covid trip to Tokyo. Andaz Toranomon is same as before which gave us like a warm welcome back to home. Staff is professional, attentive and nice. Location is even better with improved metro network and new stations.

I have lived in a hotel in Japan longer than I have in Korea.
This is my first time at Andaz Tokyo, and I felt different during my 6 night stay at Okura Toko during this trip, but this time, I stayed at Andaz for 5 nights,
and I received the best congratulations on my birthday.
I am deeply grateful for your thoughtful consideration.
From now on, I will stop living in a hotel in Conrad and Okura,
and settle down at Andaz Tokyo Tower View.

Andaz Tokyo perfectly showcases the harmony of tradition and modernity. The mortise and tenon screens in the lobby are interwoven with LED lights and shadows, and the Japanese paper lamps are like floating islands in the high-ceiling space.
