Although facilities are a bit old, it's still a bargain base on the price and location. It's surprising silent where locating at the edge of Shinjuku busy area.

I chose this place after looking for a place with three beds and convenient transportation. Pros: It's hard to find a place with three beds in Tokyo, but this one was considerably more spacious than a hotel. It had one large bed and two regular-sized beds, and was comfortable. Towels were provided, one large and one small. Housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and was very attentive to requests, such as changing towels and trash. I was worried about the lack of soundproofing, but perhaps because it was on the second floor, the only thing that bothered me was the sound of people going up and down the stairs. (Actually, I only slept in the room and went out all day, so the noise wasn't bothersome.) There's a convenience store and Family Mart right nearby, which was nice. Cons: If you're staying on the second floor, the stairs are very narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry your luggage up and down. (Staff does help with the upstairs steps.) And most importantly, it's cold! If you're staying in January or February, you'll probably be cold even in your fur pajamas. There's a heater, but it's just drying and cold. And the bathroom is also small. I remember it being about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, which initially felt like a walkable distance... but if you frequently travel by station, the walk to the accommodation can be quite tiring as your schedule becomes more repetitive. Just for reference, amenities include a toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a razor, cotton, hair ties, and slippers. There was also a hairdryer, cups, and a small refrigerator! I went there with no expectations, but it was surprisingly satisfying! In a nutshell, it was spacious for a Japanese accommodation, and it's cold, so dress warmly!

The accommodation is conveniently located near the BTS Skytrain, offering a full range of restaurants and shopping options. A 7-Eleven is just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient. The room is spacious. You can even unpack your bags. The bathroom is separate and well-equipped with toiletries, including a hairdryer, refrigerator, and TV. The room is very clean. Overall, it's a great place. In the morning, I'm not sure if it was the guests or the staff, but they were speaking Vietnamese very loudly. It was so loud that it was annoying and I couldn't sleep. The room wasn't soundproofed, and I could hear everyone talking outside.

There was luggage storage and towels were provided for each person. It was clean and nice.

Extremely dissatisfied, horrible attitude, and extremely unhygienic. I didn't even get to the point where the staff scolded me! 😡😡😡😡 This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The absolute worst. Not that I expected exceptional service or hospitality because of the price, but basic manners and language are a given for adults. Sheets and towels were left uncovered on the stairs. It seems they no longer care about hygiene. Maybe they think it's okay because it's cheap. Maybe they don't expect repeat customers. Neither my friend nor I plan on going back, but this was definitely the worst hotel. I returned home from this hotel, deep in the mountains and with a country housewife and auntie who can't even speak foul language, not even feeling like buying any souvenirs. I forgot to mention that during dinner, the woman in the couple sitting next to us was defending the hotel so that we could hear her talking about how dirty it was. I'm sure she often stays in filthy hotels, and I was shocked. The windows in the dining area were covered in spiderwebs that looked like they had been there for months, with moths and insects tangled up in them. We ate while looking at them. The curtains in our room were also covered in dust and yellowed. It was the worst trip of my life.

It's a bit inconvenient to go up and down the stairs, but everything else is ok.

It's my first time to stay here. It's simple and the most important thing is that the price is great value. The wash basin position is all tied up tightly, and there is some separation between the bed and the bed. The shower area is too small and there is no place to put things. When a group comes out, they go to the living room. There are not many furniture and equipments, so the space feels relatively larger. The location is very good. There are several convenience stores nearby, including DAISO. The staff walked around all day and didn't see anyone, and they didn't know much English.

I stayed here on the third day of a trip with my children. The room was spacious and there was a coin laundry nearby so it was convenient to be able to do laundry.

Personally, I think the hotel is quite good. It's very close to the ropeway. I also watched fireworks at night. It's right across from the hotel. The 20-minute fireworks were perfect. The room is tatami-style, and the heating is sufficient when you enter the hotel. The English is very good, and I can't understand it. I used a translator to communicate, and the communication was smooth. When I left, the front desk was very friendly and helped me change the change to recharge the watermelon card. The reserved dinner is 5,000 yen per person. I personally think it is pretty good. It is very rich. Book it in advance. Go there when you arrive and take a seat according to the room number. Picture 2 is already laid out. The breakfast is also very rich. Picture 4 is my favorite. Chazuke rice😊. When you go out to play, you just want to have fun, see different scenery, and taste different food. It is beautiful to be grateful.

The windows are leaky and the environment is average

There were troubles for two consecutive nights after staying for three nights. There was no elevator and it was inconvenient for passengers to bring their luggage in and out. The outer door for entry and exit on the second floor was useless and the safety feeling was not good. 

Hello! The hotel is located very advantageously for exploring the city, close to the metro, shops within walking distance, a park nearby, a very cool street for evening walks! The room was clean, but the smell in it left much to be desired! There is everything for a comfortable stay! The staff is very polite!

Overall, it's average. We arranged a room on the 2nd floor, so you have to go up the stairs. It’s hard to carry too much luggage
