The location is great, just 10 minutes of walk to JR stations. The hotel is super clean, and the stuffs are nice and polite.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The watch is really good It's unique because you can feel like you're in Italy. But the room hygiene is very disappointing. There was a lot of dust and the shower head was dirty. Thank you for being kind and giving me the kit for free I hope the hygiene part will be improved☺️

The location is very good, it is convenient to take Skyaccess from the airport. In the Ginza area, it takes a few minutes to walk to Ginza, Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. It is also convenient to buy tickets from Tokyo Station to visit Mount Fuji. The room is small, and two small suitcases have to be placed at the door. The bathroom is quite large. The pillows are very comfortable to sleep. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, and there are also many coffee and breakfast shops around.

The location is excellent. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Yaesu Express Bus Station. On the way, I saw a cherry blossom that had not yet fallen. The room is just too small. The price is not high for 1,000. Of course, this price is the same for this location in Ginza. It is OK for one night. The additional facial mask is good. The smallest room I stayed in during this 14-day trip.

European-style rooms with warm colors, elevators and restaurants are nostalgic! It is also a great experience to stay in such a different style hotel in the bustling Ginza!
