Hotel Sunlite Shinjuku - Photo Gallery

The front desk staff was super rude & treated my husband & I differently as compared to the locals. The staff even raise his voice at us even though we are just trying to ask if there’s any luggage transfer services. Booked the hotel with room service cleaning however upon arrival was told that there’s no such service. Honestly love the location however the staff was way too rude & never again.

There is a shrine and Isetan shopping mall and other shopping mall nearby the hotel. However, the hotel is a bit far and the room is kind of small. I don’t recommend single bed room for 1 adults. I would recommend 1 queen size single bed room for 1-2 adults more as the facilities are greater.

The location is very good. It's nearby Kabukicho and it’s close to many restaurants. The staff is very kind. The room is quite small but clean.

The room is as selected. I secretly like the bathroom...Small but very clean, the bathtub is still new, it's nice to soak in warm water for a long time. The small room is suitable for the price.  The place is quiet and not crowded. Walk to see the 3D cat, see Godzilla, walk from the accommodation to the shopping area for about 10 minutes. 

The room was clean and the location was close to Shinjuku, Shinjuku Sanchome, and Higashi Shinjuku, so it was very convenient to use the subway. The front desk staff were also very friendly, especially the young female staff member. And the room was clean and well-ventilated through the window, which was great. The bakery right next to the accommodation is also really delicious, so I highly recommend it!
