Keio Presso Inn Tokyo Station Yaesu Reviews

Quite near from JR Tokyo station and the staffs are very nice. Check in in advance is ok. Also, the restaurant nearby is quite good.

Can have better choices for the same pricing.  Comparing to my previous stay at same area at a different hotel, there is no feee bottles of water, no public smoking area, less amenities, and only make up room service once every 3 days.

Hotel was strategically located on one end to Tokyo station and the other side to Ginza both with less than 5-10 mins. It was really convenient to eat and shop while still being in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful and friendly when self checking in and assisting us with that process. The only issue is bed was really hard and pillows were flat but we asked for extra pillow each and they gladly gave us a choice of hard or soft pillows. Will book this hotel again as it’s great to get in and out of the city for the day.

- Central location. Within minutes walking distance to tokyo station for connecting train ride to airport and attraction. - room size good for asian size who travelling as a family unit. 2 adult in room with a 29" Luggage, still can move around room without restriction. - Nice front desk service. We have a luggage shipment arriving from another city. Upon checkin completion, frontdesk have already stage our luggage for collection without we requesting it. - Nice service touch.

Best thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Tokyo Station. Just come out by Exit 26. Though there're 2 flights of stairs, there's a small corridor in between that leads to a lift meant for bicycles. So if you have luggage, use this lift instead of dragging up the stairs! If you arrive at the Yaesu South Bus Terminal, better still - just cross the road (2 traffic lights) to the hotel

Good service from hotel staff. Excellent location, near to Tokyo station.

It is a nice hotel for business travelers. It is very close to the Tokyo station but very quiet. The check-in process is very smooth. Some of the hotel staff are bilingual so they are easy to communicate with. The breakfast is very good. The only bad thing is the AC. AC is too hot even set at low temperature. So the room is very dry.

Good location. Across the road from Tokyo Station with flat walking paths and underground connections. It us also near Kyobashi station. Rooms are spacious and service staff are polite and helpful.

Pros: - Location is perfect about 7 mins walk to tokyo station - Free luggage storage - coin laundry available on every floor - some amenities given (coffee, facial masks, comb, razor, cotton buds etc) Cons: - they will only clean the room after your 3rd night, not even emptying your trash bin at least on a daily basis (even though it says on non-cleaning days they'll do that) - no bottled water provided - room is smaller compared to the other hotel I've stayed in tokyo.

Nice location, fairly close to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Very small room as expected, similar to photos. Would stay here again. Good sound proofing of the room too.

The only plus point of the hotel is its location which is just steps away from Tokyo JR Station behind Tokyo Midtown Yaesu building. No konbinis around so pls make sure you got your stuffs before getting back at the hotel.

The room and the toilet area is small, difficult to move around. There is no free drinking water (unlike other hotel will provide 2 bottles of 500ml drinking water), you need to boil drinking water.

Convenient location👍 Friendly staff, the self administered luggage storage is very good for early arrival or late departure.
