The service was unfriendly, inflexibility, and triable experience. I have never had accommodation with this level of bad customer service.

Solo female & I stayed in the women’s dorm I found it really clean and felt safe especially having a little pod to yourself. The only thing I would say is that it was noisy just from people walking getting in and out of bed etc so bring ear buds for sure! Very safe & very clean I was super impressed

I did not manage to arrive in Japan and check in due to flight delays. The hotel kept rejecting my request for cancellation and refused to communicate no matter how hard I tried to appeal. Take this 1 star from me!

This place is in the heart of Kabukicho. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Huge amount of traffic from tourists. The location is very good for the price. Station is about 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel has its specific systems which might be strange for foreigners, but just follow them and you’ll be fine. I think the criticisms of this place are from people who are expecting western cultural norms or service. This is Japan, you’re a guest, follow the rules. The spaces are very clean, I like the cafe as well. It’s definitely a good stay for solo travelers. You can leave your luggage at the front desk if you’re worried about security.

You have to pay some money for shower about 30 minutes,  but it ok

Service is very very bad 😡😡😡, if you check out early you can't sit in the lobby waiting for your friend to pick you up. I had to sit on the stairs and wait for my friend to pick me up. They will kick you out of there. Think carefully before booking here.

located in the center of Kabukicho, very convenient good price for just stay a night it is quite a new experience for the first stay in capsule hotel

It is not easy to rest at this price in the middle of Kabukicho with good location and good facilities. If you think of it as rest rather than lodging, it is the best value for money. Korean guide available. See photo.

I arrived at the hotel and there was a lift in front but when I checked in, I had to carry my luggage to the accommodation floor again omg. The luggage was big and heavy, quite difficult and inconvenient. If you want to shower, there is an additional charge. I like this place, it is clean, spacious, has a common area, free coffee and water, and the location in the city center is very convenient. One night experience where I didn't go anywhere except to sleep, lol.

It's a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so it's very accessible.

Other than the time limit for showers, I have no complaints and am very satisfied. I will definitely use this facility again when I travel to Tokyo!!

The old staff is not friendly at all. It seems like he doesn't like foreigners. I checked out at 9:00am and was about to press the water to drink. He said that he couldn't after checking out. I felt very bad even though it was a reservation prepared for guests who were staying, but I was going to press the water to drink before leaving. He was not happy.
