The hotel is located near the Metro station which is very convenient. The front desk staff is nice and friendly, and the room is tidy and clean.

Hotel is conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai/Hibiya line. Room is larger than normal Tokyo hotels. Check out time is 10am, earlier than the usual check out time at most hotels.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and the check in and check out was easy.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and everything was organized smoothly from check-in to check-out. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to work or stream videos. If this is improved, the experience would be absolutely perfect.

Clean and superior service. I made a mistake in booking smoking room but the front desk professional service managed to solve for me. The amazing thing is they could do it even when they were fully booked. Highly recommended.

My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel during our winter getaway on March. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the nearest station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. This was a major plus for us, as we could quickly access public transport without any hassle. The room was surprisingly spacious for the value we paid, especially compared to other hotels in Tokyo within similar price. It is that spacious that it was enough to open 2 large suitcases on the floor. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on space or accessibility.

Room is too small, ad expensive given the size but i guess its Tokyo. Many small amenities available is a plus.

Very convenient place that takes 2 minutes to arrive the nearest subway. The service is so good.
