My family stayed at Minn Kasai on our recent trip to Tokyo. We got two rooms with four beds. The space in each room is enough for three pax with luggages. What we like about Minn Kasai are the following:
1. Close proximity to Kasai train station, Haneda Airport Limousine Bus station, and Disneyland/sea Bus station.
2. It has complete cooking and dining utensils.
3. There are many convenience stores and two 24-hour groceries nearby.
4. Lots of affordable dining options as well.
5. The room is clean and wifi is reliable.
6. Easy online check-in and check-out.
7. Helpful staff. I asked for extra towel and they obliged with no hesitation. I also asked help in turing on the hot water in the bathroom and immediately assisted me.
However, the only gripe that I have is that they don't have a room service for guests staying for less than six days. I had to dispose our trash every morning by myself. Plus, it is quite far from the city center, thus you will spend more on transportation when you need to go to the city often.
Overall, we are very happy and satisfied. We will stay again at Minn Kasai in the future and we are willing to recommend it to our friends.

Highly recommending this hotel if you want to go Disneyland or Disneysea as they provided free shuttle bus. There are 3 timeslot 6:30am, 7:30am and 8:30am and even shuttle bus back from Disney to hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and able to speak both English and Mandrian
There are 2 small mall in walking distance from hotel which have super market. There is a GU less than 5min walk from hotel if you want to buy clothing which got lesser people compare to the tourist attraction shop. Nearest smoking zone is at the train station. Location is convenient with lots of convenient stall Lawson , family mart , 7-11 and Aeon
I could tell that the building was old, but it was clean. However, there was a lot of stubborn mold in the shower room.
While I suppose that can't be helped, it was disappointing.
However, the service and customer service were good, so I would stay again if I have the opportunity.
Location is nearby to tokyo metro tozai line and have nearby station around 300m from the hotel. Good thing the metro has escalator and lift for big luggage easy access. Room is wide and clean enough. Towel and nightgown is refresh everyday. There is laundry machine provided at 2nd floor as well.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. payment can be done with cash and credit card. Hotel location is nearby to disneyland and away from crowded area.
Checkout is fast as well.
The last hotel of the trip
I stayed for 7 nights. First, I'll tell you about the inconveniences
It's quite far from downtown Tokyo. It's a 5-minute walk from Kasai Station on the Tozai Line, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station by train
and 40-50 minutes to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. And I'm not sure about the room cleaning system, but it seems like they don't clean the floor, but instead focus on the bathroom, changing towels, and making the bed. And there's a small kitchen, but since it's 21m², it was hard to open a 28-inch suitcase. I had to move the table by the window to the end to be able to open it. The good thing is that I got a special deal, so I got 85,000 won per night for 21m², and breakfast is free here. It's simple, but it was nice to be able to have a simple breakfast with bread, sausage, and stir-fried food. There is a kitchen in the room, so you can cook simple meals (I think you can ask the front desk for dishes and cooking utensils), and there is a microwave, so you can use it comfortably in the room. There are 3 washing machines and dryers in the hotel, and you can see if they are in use or not on the TV in the room, and the refrigerator is large. You can both refrigerate and freeze, and you can put 2L bottled water in it, so it was very useful.
There is a reading light next to the bed, and there is a USB port, so you can charge it, and there is a 5-pin 8-pin iPhone charging cable in the drawer. And the good thing about going to the airport is that there is an airport bus at the stop in front of the station. Unfortunately, there are only 3-4 Narita buses, but there are many for Haneda. You can decide whether to take the airport bus or the subway depending on the time.
I have 2 suitcases, so I can't board, so I take the Tozai Line to Nishi-Funabashi, and then take the **Seibon Line to the airport. I don't recommend going to Tokyo during rush hour and taking the Skyliner or Narita **Seibon Line, so I recommend this method. Of course, if you only have one carrier, the airport bus is the best.
The room is very clean and well-equipped. There are subway and bus stations around, which is very convenient to Disneyland. There are several convenience stores around, which can meet basic shopping needs. Good value for money, it is a hotel worth recommending.
Check-In and Service: Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with transportation.
Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. I had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels.
Facilities: The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city — perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Dining: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a wide selection of hot dishes were all available. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and the meal was delicious, with impeccable service.

Amazing
GGuest UserThank you very much for sending me out when I checked out today, until I walked out of the door, the aunt bowed me to send me away, very, very touched! This is a homestay, not a hotel. In addition to the location, the hardware and service of this homestay itself are full marks, or more than full marks, no one can achieve this ultimate service. Advantages: 1. Clean, very clean, spotless. 2. Perfect service, perfect to feel at home. 3. The price is very low, Much more cost-effective than the hotel. 4. Quiet, quiet at night and living in the countryside, very quiet. Disadvantages: 1. The location is biased, Xigexi is far from the city, there is a subway, and you have to transfer to the attractions. 2. 800 meters from the subway, 8 minutes walk. 3. Business is at the subway entrance, There is an AEON supermarket near the homestay. Exit the subway north, go straight to the family supermarket, go to the GU store, go straight, see NISSIAN's 4S store, cross the road, turn left, go to the HONDA motorcycle store, this is it.
GGuest UserEdochuan Beachfront Hotel, very good, 43 square meters, is two or three times the size of the average Japanese hotel room, the room facilities are not the latest, but very clean and tidy.
Transportation: Three or four minutes away from JR Station, one stop to Maizumi Station, convenient to Disney.
Location: Geti Linhai Park to play, there is an aquarium is good, cheaper than the ticket under the Skytree, there are more fish. There is also a Ferris wheel nearby, walk 30 or 40 meters, known as the largest in Japan.
Hotel breakfast is more Japanese, there are not many types, the taste can be.
There is a men's and women's bath on the second floor, you can go to the soup, there are few people, there is a soup pool, but it is clean and enough.
The quality of the hotel staff is very good, the cleaning aunt can communicate in simple English, very good, the cleaning details are in place, and the faucet hot and cold switch is pulled back to the middle line.
This trip to Japan has set several hotels + homestays through Trip , Airbnb, Booking, Lotte, and I feel that this is the best value for money.
GGuest UserOne of the two elevators was out of service, which was inconvenient during rush hour in the morning. If it was to save electricity, I wish it would be operated only in the morning.
The breakfast was substantial and satisfying.
Also, I think it was a good initiative to check the day before whether guests wanted to eat breakfast as an activity to reduce food waste.
AAnonymous UserOn the Saturday of the Mid-Autumn Festival, hotels in downtown Tokyo were too expensive and full. I accidentally found this hotel. I took a few more subway stops to the suburbs. It was surprisingly easy to find. There were elevators or walkways suitable for dragging luggage when exiting the subway station. Unlike the subway in the city, you have to carry a lot of luggage by yourself. There are many choices of food around the hotel. Although it is a bit old, it is quite clean. Breakfast is a good Western breakfast provided by the cafe next door.
There were three people waiting for late night check-in and bowed all the way to register. Although I had to check out at 10:00 the next day, I felt relieved that I could store my luggage for free. The hotel is one subway stop away from Haneda Airport, which is actually very convenient. A good choice 👍 I plan to stay here again when I come to Tokyo next time. I can save money on accommodation and buy a lot of things!
GGuest UserBooked again, because the location is so convenient. Right by the station, restaurants, Book Off, konbini, etc. I also requested airport drop-off which isn't their own service. I believe it's the city's service, ths hotel just provides a paper with timeslots to which airport & terminal. The drop-off service is a bus a little beyond Kasai Station with a ticket machine next by so very convenient & easy to figure out. The staff tried their best to answer all my questions regarding drop-off & asked if I could leave my luggage at the front desk for roughly 2 hours after checkout, but still needed to wait for my bus. They let me without paying fees. Lastly in terms of service, I asked if they had a scale at the front desk to weigh luggage. Yes, it's a normal step-on scale but super handy because I was just around the weight limit. Overall still very polite & professional.
Room & bathroom were clean. Amenities were good, they provided all the necessities & extra things in the room. Unfortunately I think you have to go to the first floor for water from their cafe/drink bar.
Overall, my 2nd stay there is good. Would book again still.
AAnonymous UserVery close to Keisei Koiwa Station
Very convenient
Transportation to Narita and Haneda is very convenient
Breakfast was at Matsuya outside the hotel. The food can only be said to be quite satisfactory.
There is an eaon nearby so you can buy what you want.
There is a commercial street behind the store, a small traditional Japanese izakaya
There is also a convenience store
Various rice balls and egg custards
The room type is as shown in the picture. It is suitable for personal business trips and is convenient and convenient for short periods of time.
