Great location. Right in the heart of things in Asakusa. Near food stalls, restaurants and a short walk to the temple at night, which may be the best time to be there. The hotel is well kept and if you get the rooms with views you can see the temple and Tokyo Skytree,
Only downside is that itβs not as close to the railways as some. Not far but 10-15 minutes with luggage

New, modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath nearly empty whenever I used it. The comfortable, 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice- good place for lounging. Always welcoming 24/7 staff who can speak English. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and βopen bathroomβ space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and weβre really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

Four of my best friends were traveling together and temporarily moved into this apartment. I started to worry about living in an apartment for the first time. After entering the room, except for the doorway, which was a bit nervous, the room was designed to be very user-friendly, with a living room, a round table and four chairs. The two beds and two mattresses are very loose. The large cabinet holds three 28-inch large boxes and one small box without any tension. The combination lock is safe. Dry and wet separation, refrigerator, microwave oven and complete set of utensils are particularly convenient. Very quiet and not noisy. Just over a hundred meters ahead on the right side of the door is Tsukiji Market, which is very crowded on weekends. It is a ten-minute walk from Ginza. Tsukiji Honganji Subway Station is more convenient than Higashi-Ginza Subway. There is an elevator at Gate 1 which is more convenient for carrying large suitcases. You can store your luggage after checking out. There is a Chinese-speaking front desk with a very good attitude. A very good experience!

The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

Overall was okay experience. The only thing that bothers is the laundry room. There are so many Chinese ********* or middle Eastern people make a mess after washing. Things like putting tissue inside the washing machine and taking off other people clothes without consent before the owner comes back to pick up their washed clothes.

Weβre a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR StationοΌTakashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as itβs close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 thereβs a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 thereβs a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and thereβs a full restaurant at the entrance.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna
Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous β special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was located around 15 mins from the buzzling Shinjuku area and was nearer to the commercial buildings which provided a quieter resting area away from the busy packed area. Room was big for Japan standard and service was great just that if you arrive during the changing of shifts, be prepared to wait. A downside would probably be the lack of washing machines and dryers (imagine only having 4 machines for the entire 30 off levels of rooms).
MMichelle0037Conveniently located right next to Akihabara station and the main streets of the βElectric cityβ itself, we got around very easily using the JR lines. Good place to find great food and plenty of convenience stores around. The room was pretty small (not suitable for those with large bags or long-term stays), but for us it was enough. And the bathtub was surprisingly spacious too :)
JJian kangAmazing hotel and lovely staff supporting our stay. The Onsen hotspring is a real gamechanger and it feels great.
I came exhausted from work but this hotspring has relieved me from all my stress. The breakfast was good, though I miss the bread section with toppings(ham, cheese etc).
Definitely a recommendation if you want to stay in ikebukero.
LLiz Arabelle Tan-RevillaWe enjoyed our stay here! Although the hotel is farther away from the Tokyo Metro than we anticipated. It is near the Tsukaba Express line, about 5 minutes walk; but you will mostly use the Asakusa Line, Ginza Line etc all part of the Tokyo Metro, to get to most places. The Tokyo Metro is about 15 min walk from the hotel. But we appreciated that it was near the hustle and bustle of Asakusa.
You'll be near the Sensoji Temple, a lot of restaurants and shops, most especially the 24/7 Don Quijote. There are also pharmacies nearby for any emergencies.
We arrived at around 4pm, and there was a front desk staff present to help us check in. They speak good english and understand it well too, so you wouldn't have any trouble communicating with them. They aren't around in the morning, I believe they are only there from the afternoon til night time. We checked out really early, around 5AM and no one was there but upon check in they instructed us to just leave the keys in the box at the front desk. Also, they leave notes on the front desk that can be helpful for you. Like they leave the telephone out just in case you need to call a cab, or call whomever; and if you ever need any toiletries, towels etc refilled, you can easily grab what you need at the hotel lobby where they have everything ready for you.
The hotel also has an elevator, which was so convenient given that we were carrying 4 baggages, and we were almost at the top floor.
The hotel room is just enough for two people. The beds were two single beds pushed together. The bed and pillows were comfy to sleep in especially after a day of walking 20k+ steps in the city. There is space for your luggages under the beds so we didn't have any trouble with that. We had two 26β luggages and one 30β luggage and one duffle bag.
The bathroom has toiletries ready, hand and body towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Also a hair dryer and extra toilet paper rolls. I'd say I have all that I need in the bathroom. The toilet has an automatic bidet and heated seat. Shower and toilet is separated by a door. Shower and bathtub has a heater.
I wasn't sure if they offered laundry services for clothes, but there is a nearby self-service laundromat that we used before out trip ended.
Overall I'd recommend this to someone who is on a budget, wants a comfortable stay, and most importantly is ok with walking long distances (but tbh if you're going to Japan you definitely have to be ok with walking A LOT).
AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
DdyhxNot my first time staying here and as usual, they don't accord complimentary early check in, even when they have availability. They are truly a 3* that's pretending to be 4* but charging rates of a 5*. Paying through the roof just for the location. The rooms are dated and small, yet having paid over SGD340 per night for a single room (1 super single bed), and the entire room came with just 1 powerpoint socket. I'm further disappointed that having stayed here almost annually for 5 years in a row pre-covid, they've never bothered to track my preferences and I really dread a room far away from the lifts where I have to drag my heavy luggage through carpeted flooring and dragging my feet after a long day of walking. Goes to show how much they value repeated guests. The front desk staff have lost their smiles except for the 2 younger ones managing the luggage storage. The staff on the day I checked out were a little friendlier but yes, don't expect complimentary late check out either.
Room is also only made up upon request, if you fail to place the magnet on your door before 12nn, it'll not be cleaned.
