B Asakusa hotel is very well located. It is a short walk to Sensoji Temple, all the shopping areas n great restaurants. It is also next to the Asakusa station for easy get around. All day freshly grounded coffee for hotel guests is a great feature. Had a great stay n would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location near tourist attraction : sensoji temple, a lot of restaurants, supermarket and mini marts. Easy to find food anytime. 8 mins Walking distance to Tsukuba express line. Friendly hotel staffs and got free breakfast. They will clean the room every 3 days, but they will change towels and throw garbage every day. Overall We are satisfied staying there.

I recently stayed at the Tokyo Far East Village Hotel in Asakusa, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is fantastic—nestled in the heart of Asakusa, it’s just a short walk from iconic landmarks like Senso-ji Temple and the vibrant Nakamise shopping street. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to explore local flavors and culture. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room, while compact—as is typical in Tokyo—was thoughtfully designed with smart use of space. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day out in the city. Staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in/check-out was seamless. There’s also a handy communal area downstairs if you want to relax outside your room for a bit. If you’re looking for a well-located, clean, and affordable hotel in Tokyo with easy access to traditional culture and modern amenities, Tokyo Far East Village Hotel in Asakusa is a solid choice.

The location is very convenient, right on the Ginza line and 10mins walk to Asakusa station. Price is acceptable given its location. The room is very small, got a double bed room but don’t think it can fit two people with luggages (you would have trouble moving around or walk to the toilet). The toilet has stains on the mirror, and the cleaning only occurs every 3 days. But overall, the cleanliness is still acceptable and they have most of the necessary amenities. Would return if the price is very competitive for its location.

Very convenient, not too far from the train station, friendly staff and it was an enjoyable stay! would recommend for those who are travelling alone or as a pair as the rooms are quite small. other than that no issue at all with the stay at the hotel and would defenitely come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights. And I must say it is one of the best hotels i have stayed at in Tokyo. During my first visit to Tokyo last 2024, we stayed in Hilton Tokyo. But on our second visit this May 2025 with my family, we chose to stay within Asakusa area. I have read a lot of good reviews of Asakusa Tobu Hotel, so we tried to book a room here for 3 nights. We arrived around 11am, the staff at the front desk told us that the check-in time is 2pm but since they have available rooms, he allowed us to check-in earlier without a fee. Wow! The room is very clean, like newly built, water flow is great, amenities are complete. My son also enjoyed the bath tub. The CORNER TWIN ROOM A is big enough for our family of 3. We even stayed there for a whole day because we were very tired walking around tokyo the previous days so we rested for a whole day. And we had the best stay in Tokyo. The breakfast is also great. Ample food choices. They even let you take out the food if you are not able to dine in (if you are leaving early for a tour, you can ask them for take out boxes for breakfast and they will gladly provide you). We will definitely book here again!

Nice cozy room, well-equipped with all facilities. A better option than hotels for more than 3 days trip, especially cooker, washing machine and dryer. The dryer is my favorite - surprisingly very quiet. Good location and peaceful neighborhood. Front desk is helpful and guidance is very clear. The only thing is there is no space for luggage. The bulk bed is folded for us as two people living in, but it would be better if we can open it and use it for putting our stuff.

It was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful terrace and a great location. The café was a nice touch. However, the bed was hard, and the staff wasn’t friendly. I had requested a room with a street view for my husband's birthday, but we were given a room facing a wall. This made it impossible to see the weather outside.

The front desk staff was very helpful. She assisted me by calling the store to check the stock of air purifiers, as I needed one urgently before returning to Los Angeles. I live in a wildfire zone, so it’s essential to have one for emergencies.

EElisabhetaeWe were all happy! The perfect location for acquaintance with Tokyo: 4 minutes from the metro, two metro lines nearby which are going very convenient. The standard is new and clean, we had the number 201. The description says that this is a single room, but actually there were 3 rooms in it! Norma is spacious and big! All clean, comfortable bathroom, in the toilet you can open the window and look out, it also liked. The room in modern Japanese style, there are tatami with Japanese table for food receptions, we have always dinner on tatami. The photos fully match the description! Perfect place!

TTiffany CheongThe hotel is nice and clean and is big enough. The only one thing is the hotel is quite far away from the subway. It takes around 10 min to walk from the subway. It is quite exhausting to walk that far after a long day. Aside from this, others things are good.

JJessyTThe location is near Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street and Ueno Park. If your departure Airport is Narita, there is this Keisei Train Station for Narita at only 44mins direct train. This hotel is in between Ueno Station and Ueno Okachimachi Station, you can alight at either Station. The room is clean but small size. It's my 3rd time staying in this hotel.

WwaikuanWe're very enjoyable with the stayed here 5 nights. There are direct train from Narita airport to Kuramae station or Asakusa station which within 10mins walk to hotel. The room is consider spacious that can opened fully the large size suitcase. Just the bathroom a bit small but not a problem. There is public bath at level 2, that's a bonus. Many convenient stores & F&B nearby. Walking distance to Asakusa temple. Important, the staffs so friendly and helpful. They speak well English and no communication problems.

RRyvnThis hotel has become very beautiful after decoration. The overall environment is comfortable and suitable for living. The facilities are also very complete. The counter staff can speak Chinese, so communication is very convenient. The only pity is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient. It would be perfect if this problem could be solved.

DDTT90Location was walkable distance to a few different train lines, mostly about 5-10 minutes. Asakusa and Ueno are a stroll away. Though it’s a bit of a walk but the area is peaceful and quiet. Room was definitely enough for solo traveller, liking the brown wallpaper to give the room more warm and welcoming feeling. There’s a shop selling duty-free goods at the first floor, so it’s convenient if you want to do some shopping. Felt the only downside to my stay was that the door doesn’t soundproof that well, and you might be awakened by people outside talking. Would definitely be a spot I recommend.

AAnonymous UserI recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a delightful hotel in Ueno, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Its location is simply perfect—just footsteps away from nUeno Station, and even the Shinkansen train station. This makes getting around Tokyo and beyond incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to popular attractions or venturing out to other cities. The hotel itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was neatly decorated and provided a relaxing space after a long day of exploring. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of charming restaurants and shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture. Ueno's vibrant streets and nearby Ueno Park offer a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable base to explore Tokyo, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait for my next visit!
