10 - 15 mins walk from Ueno train station. Convenient to go around Tokyo as well as Ueno station since you can take the Bullet train.
Room is clean with a separate toilet and shower. There is a small walkway for your to hand your jacket as well.
However, due to the price the shower do not have any light so it's really dark while your shower. Additionally my room the ones closest to the lift on the 7th floor. The bed is slightly slanted.

The hotel is nice, clean, and their amenities are complete. They also have a charger, microwave apartment type It's an apartment that was renovated into a hotel.
and quiet hotel,a little bit far JR ueno station,if u international flyt of skyliner im not recommended because so far u need taxi,if you walk don’t do that because so far, no nearby convenience and shopping far from everything. But the room is not a good place to sleep. It's scary. I always wake up because someone is whispering in my ear and someone is knocking. I don't know where it is that makes me feel. I don't enjoy my sleep anymore, I left the hotel feeling sleepy at scared I feel really different in the room, it's scary. My friend and I both couldn't sleep, my friend just went to my room and stayed there, he said he was scared because he woke up suddenly and couldn't sleep.honest review

Very convenient, not too far from the train station, friendly staff and it was an enjoyable stay! would recommend for those who are travelling alone or as a pair as the rooms are quite small. other than that no issue at all with the stay at the hotel and would defenitely come back!

The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Sensoji Temple, about five minutes to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, drugstores, Don Quixote, Uniqlo, and direct subway to Ginza and Shibuya. The only drawback is that it is a bit small, but Japanese hotels should be like this. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and it is easy to accumulate water. The sanitation is not very clean. When I first entered on the first day, there were other people's nails cut on the bed... Overall, the price-performance ratio is OK

The room is cozy, but accommodation in Tokyo is really expensive. A family of four can have four beds, a small kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. It is good. The hotel is small but complete. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the Tokyo Skytree, Sensoji Temple, Akihabara, transportation, and Lawson. I just feel that the toilet is leaking and smells a bit.

This was a great apartment for our 3 day stay in Tokyo. It was very clean and comfortable and a brilliant base for Asakusa and getting into central Tokyo. The addition of the small kitchen was great. The toilet and shower are compact but it all works out very well. Good shower. Staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage in the lobby on our last day after check out. Shenso-Ji temple is 5 minutes away and we enjoyed seeing it at different times of the day. Would recommend getting up early and beating the crowds (we went at 8am and this seemed a good time). Seeing it lit up at night is also pretty special. Asakusa station is a 10 minute walk and has both the Ginza and Asakusa line plus the Access Express train went straight there from Narita airport. Would highly recommend this hotel and staying in the Asakusa area, we had a brilliant time!

In Tokyo, where land is at a premium, this B&B is small, exquisite, and very Japanese-style, suitable for accommodation of less than four people. The B&B is located five minutes away from Sensoji Temple. It is surrounded by typical Japanese-style houses and there are many izakayas. Shopping, dining and transportation are very convenient. There are two toilets and a shower room on the upper and lower floors of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine, just like the picture.

The online registration procedures are convenient and the communication is very timely. The room was comfortable and clean, and the children especially liked tatami mats. The location is super close to Sensoji Temple. In the morning, you can visit before a large number of tourists arrive. The experience is very good. 👍

Very suitable for families. Near Sensoji Temple, the room is large and there is a kitchen utensil washing machine, it is very clean, very close to the convenience store, there is a drying store next to the alley, I will want to stay again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, the inside and outside are quite new, the store also prepared pots and pans and everything is IKEA. They are all very good, the toilet is still a smart toilet. The location is also very convenient, quiet in the middle of noisy.

PpifusThe hotel is very dark. Light hardly penetrates into the rooms through 2 small windows that look directly into the neighboring building. The soundproofing is poor. You can hear neighbors in the corridor, you can hear stomping in the neighboring rooms. And if you live not on the top floor, and above you will be a noisy family, it will be unreal to sleep at all because of the stomping, which is not removed by earplugs. You can stay there for a couple of days, but no more. We left early, they refused to refund our money. We will not stay there again.
The hotel offers water in exchange for reviews, so the rating is inflated.

AAnonymous UserWe booked 5rooms for 6nights stay at this hotel. Room is small but is ok for us to sleep. Overall I’ll give five stars for the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Provided Hot&cold coffee/cocoa at the lobby is a bonus. We love this hotel location because there’s 7-11, family mart and Lawson nearby. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple.

RRyvnThis hotel has become very beautiful after decoration. The overall environment is comfortable and suitable for living. The facilities are also very complete. The counter staff can speak Chinese, so communication is very convenient. The only pity is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient. It would be perfect if this problem could be solved.

GGuest UserThe room is larger than the average hotel, not facing the street, relatively quiet, generally no door-to-door cleaning, the linens that need to be changed are placed at the door and the waiter will change them. There are induction cookers, ovens, refrigerators and freezers, and washing and drying machines, which are very convenient. There is a Lawson supermarket 2 minutes walk downstairs, and a 711 a little further away, just go straight to the main intersection. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway station entrances, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk.

GGuest UserGreat stay at this hotel! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The location was convenient, close to popular attractions. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others. Will definitely return on my next visit to the city. Highly satisfied!

TTiffany CheongThe hotel is nice and clean and is big enough. The only one thing is the hotel is quite far away from the subway. It takes around 10 min to walk from the subway. It is quite exhausting to walk that far after a long day. Aside from this, others things are good.

CChi KuenThe service provided by the staff is quite good. Knowing that we need to do self-serve after 10pm but since I need to take care 2 kids and not convenient to move, they come to my room and serve us. It’s great!
However, need to remind people who booked the largest room. We come with our friends together. Both of them staying in a small room and they can enjoy daily clean up service.
But for large room (2 double bed), there is no clean up service (even you request to the receptionist / the room keeper). They can just clean up your room until the 4th day of your stay. It’s really bad experience and make us feel uncomfortable.
Also, whenever you get into the room, check the ventilation of the toilet and the air-conditioner. You can always find that it is stuck with the dust and cause a lot of noise during the night time. It really has some impact to sleeping

WWeezI ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.
