Bathroom smells like mold. Bathtub looked dirty that I didn’t roast to take a shower there. And the unit had an off smell to it

Other than a possible allergy to something in the smallest bedroom, (which has no windows and therefore limited air circulation, the issue could also be related to the fabric softener used on the bedding), the suite was clean and tidy, and fully stocked with cooking essentials. However, there was some overlap when I was discussing early check-in/out with the property, and they seemed a bit disorganized. Nevertheless, the stay went smoothly overall. Great location and beautiful view from our suite.

PROS: The building is exactly as described. Neat and clean, great views. Water pressure in bathroom was better. Hot water ran, even though some comments here said they had issues with hot water. The amenities that was great were the towels and the room. Also security deposit came back to my CC in 7 days. A tip for the management, buy an under sink rack, it's like $15 and arrange the items in the bathroom sink closet. It looked a mess CONS: My problem was WIFI. It never worked. Before I got there, the team responded well but after I got there, it was a hassle getting someone on the phone. I kept following up on the Wi-Fi issue, they said they will send someone. No one came, On the eve of my my last day there, they said they remotely reset the wifi. No change until I left there. And because it's a high rise, you don't get good network on your phone either, so you are dependent on the wifi that basically does not work. I had to go down 39 floors with the elevator of course, to make calls or send emails. It's a great place absolutely, but forget working from here or making calls. Just enjoy the views.😂

The property itself was nice, but the check-in process was very frustrating. I had booked this condo in advance, but when I arrived, I couldn’t check in right away. I had to call someone, send an email, and wait nearly two hours just to get access. The process felt overly complicated and inconvenient, something I’ve never experienced before.
