Very modern, clean, and right in the core of downtown. I also liked that they immediately checked in via Text Mesaage and that was the main/easiest form of communication. Got an amazing deal on trip.com, about $100 cheaper than what they were charging at the front desk. I gave the amenities 3/5 just because there's no pool or extras in that way. But overall was a great hotel and I'd definitely go back.
The hotel is quite nice! The CN Tower is outside the window, and the scenery is pleasant. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The meal fee per room is 124 Canadian dollars. If you order more food, you will need to pay extra, and tips will be calculated separately. Breakfast is also very rich, the avocado smoked salmon is particularly delicious, and the service is also very good! Of course we tip very well, basically 20%. The room service is also very satisfactory. The waiter will help you fold and put away the clothes you take off. Located in a busy city, shopping is also very convenient. Adjacent to the CN Tower and Lake Ontario, shopping in the city is also very convenient. There are also disadvantages. Compared with most similar hotels, it is still a bit expensive and not worth the money.
This hotel was well worth the splurge!! Great location and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were always quick to help and the rooms were super clean. The pool and gym were also very nice.

The hotel is in a good location when visiting Toronto. It is a 15-minute walk from the Union Train Station. It is in the city center and is convenient for subways and buses to various attractions. There are small supermarkets and restaurants opposite. The hotel looks quite new from the outside, but it is relatively old inside. The room is quite large and there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, but it feels a bit old and does not provide free water and mouthwash cups. As for the service, I was impressed by an employee named Lin from Hong Kong in the housekeeping department. He had a very good attitude and good service. There was an older foreign bellhop in the front hall who was also very nice and greeted us every time he saw us. The breakfast was simple but included in the room rate.
Very good hotel, trendy and stylish, with sophisticated facilities, very comfortable bedding, the whole hotel is filled with the smell of perfume, I don't want to leave here, it's very close to Chinatown, it's convenient to travel, the Japanese food next door is highly recommended!
The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Union Station. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a fire alarm during the stay, but fortunately it was just a false alarm.
In the heart of Queen West — one of Toronto's trendiest neighborhoods — The Beverley beckons with its stylish, minimalist design and cozy yet functional rooms. Relax on the rooftop or step outside and discover a vibrant mix of contemporary galleries, bustling nightlife, and indie boutiques. Queen West Street is a hub for upcoming artists and diverse dining. No matter what brings you to the city, it all starts with an unforgettable stay at The Beverley.
Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.
The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.
Really nice and clean room , the staff was very helpful, will be coming back.

RRobertGreat hotel, comfortable quiet room, very friendly helpful staff. At time of writing, main dining room is closed and the breakfast + room service is pricey and a bit inconsistent. Overall highly recommend.
GGuest UserPros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying
