We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!
I’ve been extremely disappointed during the check in process, as I’ve been told that they accept only credit card and no debit. It was a big mess for me to find any credit card. And then I tried debit and it was working, very unprofessional from the stuff side.
Be ready to hear constructions from the street at 7:30 in the morning. I do NOT recommend you this hotel

Room was good, but noise insulation was poor. Could easily hear people in other rooms. Gym and pool are good, but pool water is a bit too warm. Sauna is ok - temperature is not that hot and feels a bit outdated. Amenities are ok - coffee provided, but no water or newspapers. Altogether, Hilton feels so-so for what you pay.
Food was under average for a Hotel of this status.
I ate in room as well as at the lobby restaurant twice during my two night stay.
Just not putting any effort for that little bit extra that is needed to get a thumbs up and have people remembering that this Hotel respects food too.
Very modern, clean, and right in the core of downtown. I also liked that they immediately checked in via Text Mesaage and that was the main/easiest form of communication. Got an amazing deal on trip.com, about $100 cheaper than what they were charging at the front desk. I gave the amenities 3/5 just because there's no pool or extras in that way. But overall was a great hotel and I'd definitely go back.
The entrance is NOT on Yonge street. But the location is excellent and the customer service is amazing. It’s not a new hotel but is clean and big. I didn’t get to use it, but there is a laundry room on the first floor and it’s free for the guests! I highly recommend this hotel.

There was no offer to assist us with the luggage and we had to use stairs. Reception was very friendly and gave a quiet room as requested. However the room is far away from the gym and pool. Room is nice but small. The down side of our trip was the room service that did the beds but did not clean up the bar and there was no conditioner top up throughout the stay. Requesting refill etc was quite disruptive to our evening as the staff could not fulfil the requested properly without multiple visits. They have a nice luggage room and allow guest to keep their belongings safely. Generally we had a better experience at the Fairmont in Montréal.

If you want to stay in downtown Toronto, the location couldn’t be better than this hotel. Don’t expect a lot in terms of service and the reception area if always busy (it’s a large hotel, favoured by many airlines crews) but once you’re in the room, the rooms are decent. Again, great location.

Outstanding
LLimGreat location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

RRuilinThe hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls.
There is a coffee machine with 3 capsules, cutters. Just bought watermelon at the supermarket outside the hotel.
Nice radio, playing music for me right in the door.

TThomas ChowThe hotel is located below the Toronto Tower and is integrated with the Rogers Centre, but the rooms facing the stadium can only watch softball games, so those who want to attend Taylor Swift's December concert don't have to consider it.

AAnonymous UserThis stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Toronto was an unexpected surprise and touch! On the last day of 2023, I felt the caring and responsible attitude and problem-solving ability of Ctrip official service! I like and am satisfied with the hotel I chose as always💕! The hotel is located in the city center, and the shopping experience at the surrounding attractions is great! Welcome the new year happily! Keep up the good work 💪!

RRinak125Me and my husband book our hotel for our first year wedding anniversary. Staff and rooms were all excellent. Ambiance of the hotel was very nice as well with low lighting and comfortable seating in the main hall and in-suit. Only major down side is the amenities! For my room to be decorated I waited an extra 30-40 minutes past my check in time when it was scheduled to be completed for 2:00 pm. I payed $37 (with tax+ gratitude) for the hotel to do below bare minimum decorations of the room… only the bed was decorated NOT THE ENTIRE ROOM with plastic rose petals. Didn’t have the best experience of “love and elegance”. Not worth the price and ruined the start of my anniversary getaway..definitely not returning.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the 20th floor and the views were amazing, the location of the hotel is very central so all downtown area was easily accessible.
The staff was courteous, it would be great if the hotel atleast provides water everyday.

GGuest UserThis stay was very good. The transportation was convenient and it was within walking distance of several attractions. The guy at the front desk could speak Chinese and was very friendly. He also told me how to take the bus to the attractions. It was a great stay. I will come again next time.

SsusubinbinThe hotel should be old and the rooms should have been renovated. The rooms are not big and the lights are not bright. There are no slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, but there are hot water bottles and cups. The bed is high, the bed is small, and the sound insulation is not good. The bathroom is relatively large. The lobby is antique and tasteful, and the hotel's front desk and bar are connected together, which is also unique.
Every time you book a room on Ctrip, there are “surprises” (see Figure 6 for details)

TTravel CatToronto is a beautiful city, I would visit again, but probably would choose another hotel. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to many places like Kensington market, Chinatown, and Harborfront. Our room looked out onto the Toronto sign in Nathan Phillips square, Eaton Centre shopping mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is not conventional, it is a student dorm for University of Toronto students, you are staying in a college dorm room. The room is spacious but the amenities are old, basic and outdated. Parking is not included, underground parking garages are available around the hotel for about 26 CAD/day. Breakfast is self-serve in the cafeteria, it’s good enough to fill you up but the food is nothing special.
