Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

The facilities are clean and well-managed. 5% discount if you buy souvenirs at the souvenir shop next door. The room we booked had a private bath and was very hot. But the water wasn't hot spring water. The food was so-so? I've been to expensive hot springs before, lol.... The service was so-so, but not unfriendly. You have to choose the service of having dinner and breakfast delivered to your room, but when I checked, it wasn't there, so I made an additional change, but they didn't do it. The distance from the Stn is manageable by walking. Our room had this amazing view both day and night. The service is superb and the assistance extended to us (as foreigners) was worth noting. We opted for their dinner & breakfast and it did not dissapoint. The freshness of the food served esp the crab was memorable. Be a little quieter; when we have dinner, the waiter will help us lay out the tatami. The dinner is very rich, so full that we can't walk, and it is so delicious (there are red snow crab and beef). The latest dinner we choose is 6:30 (5:30, 6:00 and 6:30pm time slots are selected). There are fireworks to watch just after dinner (9:00pm). The icing on the cake is that they are set off at the station, so we have to go after dinner. Wear a yukata and enjoy the fireworks directly outside the hotel. The 5-minute fireworks are really beautiful, especially at this moment. After the fireworks, you can soak in the hot springs directly in the hotel. Note that the lounge closes at 10:00pm for drinks and snow. Bars are provided, but alcohol is charged. The hotel closes at 12:00am, so if you continue to soak, you can still enjoy the drinks in the lobby (only frozen water, frozen black bean tea and coffee). 6. I went to bed very early after soaking in the hot spring. The hotel opens at 5:30 in the morning, so you can take one more dip in the morning. Breakfast is at 7:30/8:00am, and checkout is at 10:00am after breakfast. Tip: Go to Kinosaki Sea World. If your children want to touch penguins or feed dolphins or related activities, please make a reservation in advance.

Huge room, separate toilet with bath (large, in comparison with other hotels in Japan), balcony with fridge, couches and table, but most importantly - the spirit of Japan! The sweetest staff! They met us, explained everything in detail, showed where the prepared yukata is, socks, gave us a bag with towels for onsen (along with a ticket for visiting). Tickets to the onsen, by the way, were valid until 13.00 the next day and after check-out, before leaving, we went to the onsen again. Welcome tea and goodies. When we returned in the evening, futons were already prepared for us to sleep on. Beautiful Japanese interior, in general, I am absolutely delighted!
