Amazing
GGuest UserBy far the best hotel/resort experience I ever encountered. Not only did we travel with a family of 5 but we had 10 luggage’s in total which they helped to organise and deliver to our room even though it was really heavy. Accommodated to everything that we need and asked and super welcoming. The small details that they would do have imprinted in my memories for life e.g remembering which shoes we had, prepared our slippers, explaining our meals and providing a blanket without us asking. I hope this reaches out to the manager who put the most effort to making sure we were happy and looked after. We would all recommend this place to our families and friends. 1000/10 S+++
GGuest UserNot far from Kinosaki Station, reachable within 10 minutes, only 100m on the left side street of the city; there are various yukatas to choose from when shopping (close up + feel old and faded, the same style as some hotels (vest jacket contrasts with the gap). The shop is always old inside, and it is surprising that there is a lack of USB plugs in this era. The dinner for two nights is ordinary, with a few crab legs (not fresh enough), and the sashimi fish meat is actually ribbed, but the sashimi restaurant at the corner of the street is flat and delicious! The room is full of meat smell when eating ta tami in the treasure room, and the smell of meat is also everywhere when sleeping. I also found that Japan, especially here, also employs many foreign workers. My sister said that she has been here for 10 months from Vietnam, and she is full of smiles. There is still room for improvement.
MMeiky FuThis elegant Japanese-style inn boasts spacious and refined rooms and a comfortable onsen (hot spring bath). The meal package includes two meals a night, featuring luxurious and delicious dishes. During the autumn and winter seasons, a snow crab feast is served. The inn is a 10-15 minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen town, and the inn provides complimentary tickets to seven outdoor baths in the town.
MM.Sim007Service quality of the staffs are 10/10. All staffs are attentive and multi tasking, they are reception, cooks (breakfast) concierge and house keeping. We stayed for two nights in a quadruple room facing the river, huge size and comfortable beds. Night was quiet and dont hear any foot steps though it is a building erected on old structure. Breakfast is typical Japanese ryokan style breakfast of excellent presentation and quality. Recommended for couples with no children and nit suitable for elderly or disabled, need to climb up 3 storeys if stayingnin the 3rd flood. Location is 10/10, 10mins by foot to JR station and 20 mins walk to the ropeway with shops along the way. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserOverall, a wonderful place. We highly recommend it. It was a wonderful walk from the station to the hotel, and we were greeted with the utmost courtesy, explained everything, and shown around. We were shown to our room and given instructions. We booked a traditional room with futons, and the view from the window was simply stunning. The onsen includes two hot springs, a comfortable changing area with massage chairs, a sauna, and a cold plunge pool. They give free passes to seven public baths in the village. There's a shuttle that takes you to various walking spots. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!
WwywingThe room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole town of Chengqi Onsen was very cozy and pleasant. I loved it. There are many restaurants worth eating at, such as Haizhongyuan, a pub run by a mother and daughter/daughter-in-law, all of which were very good, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches at No.1 were also very good. We originally booked a two-night stay with two meals. One day before arrival, a guest at the hotel had a minor ****. According to Japanese government regulations, the hotel cannot provide meals for three consecutive days, so we asked the hotel to help us book a kaiseki dinner at another hotel and agreed to accept a refund for the meal. The hotel helped us book the famous Nishimuraya, which was very delicious. The hotel also paid for all the drinks that night as compensation, which can be said to be very sincere.
PPiwatUpon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.
Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
田田螺姑娘在路上This riverside hotel offers ample parking. The rooms are very spacious, and the lobby provides complimentary coffee and alcoholic beverages. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, with a full range of bathing amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of options, and the dinner, especially the seafood, was of a slightly higher quality, though the breakfast felt a bit perfunctory. Guests can enjoy free access to the Kinosaki public bathhouse, and the hotel provides complimentary baskets, yukata robes, wooden clogs, and umbrellas. The service was warm and attentive; I was very satisfied.
