had a smooth check-in, hotel location is great and the room was very clean, will definitely come back here and stay again

The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.

The only two things that we experienced were quickly resolved in a professional manner! Did not affect our stay! Pillows too soft, but mattress was great!

The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature. The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am. The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.

When I went water was out and shower was unavailable, very inconvenient during my stay. Other than that a good hotel
