"Very nice hotel. Altho our family room had no children's beds when we arrived it was quickly sorted by duty manager Nat and very hard working lady called Ana. She was very efficient she was rushed off her feet and was surprised to find her working just as hard in the restaurant the same evening. The food was one of the better premier inn restaurants very nicely cooked food."

"I have been lucky enough to spend a couple of dreamy days/nights at The Green in Wingfield. A wonderfully tranquil setting for an intimate family gathering, which included walks around the grounds, playing crocket on the front lawn and a game of boules under the trees in the back garden. I stayed in a beautifully presented dual aspect room overlooking the long drive and croquet area on one side and across open fields on the other. The room had high ceilings, a huge en-suite with rain-head shower as well as a roll-topped bath - sheer bliss to relax in at the end of a long day! The comfortable and grand bed made falling asleep on a warm summer's evening very easy, despite wanting to soak up the grandeur of the occasion. The sun, bird songs and a gentle breeze welcomed in the next morning ready to enjoy a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits, pastries and cooked options. Aurelius, Claire and Julian really have put their love and hearts into every detail making the stay a truly luxurious one at this historical country house. From design and decoration to delicious catering and warm welcome. The experience was fabulous! Thank you."

"Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay."

"It was a cute inn that was perfect for experiencing a stone-making house. The owner and his wife were very friendly 々, and I was very satisfied because I could choose the amount and content of my own handmade breakfast and color 々 option."

"It is good to have 3 beds available. The bathroom is big enough to accommodate both shower unit and bath tub. The water supply and the temperature are under good control. There are plenty of storage in the room. We appreciate the availability of breakfast."
