Overalll is nice and cleanless, closed to airport and around more restaurant

My 1st and last to stay here. When the door of reception open u can see their face like not welcoming people to their hotel. Idk what makes them like that but very bad energy and seriously its make me feel not invited. Second i ask for sejadah..many time call and yet no sejadah come at all. After that we looking for towel. As we expected, no towel n than i call room services for towel and u know what they give us. Very² bad towel u can see on picture. I want to makes drink, and again the cup not clean and still have coffee stain on it. Seriously, this is my bad day ever in my last day in medan. U guys hve good hotel, please guve us good services. We oaid for it, u have foreign people coming and show your wow effect to us. Not just let people coming but u treat them like they are your enemy come from other planet. Terrible. Sorry for my honest review.

The hotel location is near Kualanamu airport. The condition of the rooms is good and well maintained. The room is very spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator and sink. Complete amenities and affordable prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful to guests' needs.
