I booked a hotel for my mother, she was traveling on business and did not want to disturb any of her friends in the city, my mother wanted to get things done and at the same time take a break from the hustle and bustle. She was met at the hotel by friendly staff and checked into a cozy room. My mother walked around the whole room, looked at everything and wrote: daughter, I feel at home, very clean and cozy. Mom also liked breakfast at the hotel in the coffee shop. Mom got up early before going into town on business, so she says she enjoyed breakfast. I also noted that the room service was very good and the food was delicious. I compared tours with 4* star hotels and said: they were not close. Thank you to all the staff and especially the management for making my mother's trip so enjoyable. P.s.: Mom’s affairs were not resolved, but she was not upset because the gift made up for this moment at the highest level. So she managed to combine business with pleasure. Thank you so much ❤️
