Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the city. The lobby is bright and the room is spacious. The breakfast is also good, especially the naan. There are all kinds of naan. The yogurt is also delicious. I especially want to say that the front desk staff is considerate and thoughtful. Newly opened homestay, various facilities are relatively new, the lighting at night is very good, a bit of a feeling of crossing, the shower hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is also good, this store is equipped with butler service, you can communicate with the butler in advance if you need it, very user-friendly, service is not bad, the front desk and accommodation are not together, But there is a housekeeper to lead the way, very good, if you stay in the store, coffee can also be very favorable, all the staff are very enthusiastic, the little girl in Xinjiang is really beautiful, haha, the parking lot is quite big, the last side of this big yard, very convenient, very satisfied with staying in this store, five-star recommendation.

The walls of the house were very thick. It was very hot outside, but it was still very cool inside. The entire hotel homestay area has a lot of content and is worth a visit. I found sand therapy in the hotel on the last day, and the experience was also good. I will come again if I have the chance.

Chitingyi is located in the Vineyard District and is one of the cultural and creative districts. There are not enough functions in the park. There is a community about 15 minutes' walk away for meals and there are many choices. The appearance and rooms are just beautiful, without any flowers or trees. Breakfast was not good, poor. There is no fruit, all B&Bs have breakfast in one room.

The B&B is located in Putao Town. It has a large yard and is a typical Uighur building. It is very beautiful. Flowers are blooming in the yard. Next to the house is a vineyard. Grapes are also grown in the yard. You can pick them if you want. The boss and staff are all Uighurs. , the proprietress has a daughter who is in primary school. She is a very beautiful and lovely Uighur girl. She is fluent in Mandarin and loves to sing. The room is super spacious, luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The B&B has its own rooftop restaurant. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I lost my room card and didn’t say anything. I just smiled. Very pleasant stay experience. It would be better if the service could be improved. For example, the front desk is in the courtyard, there is no sign, and there is no one to greet guests when they arrive, but maybe this is what a B&B is. If you don't care about this, it will be perfect and great.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

Housekeeper No. 1 and Housekeeper No. 5 are very enthusiastic and help us. It has complete facilities for carrying luggage and is very close to the karez. There are many gourmet restaurants nearby. The food across the street is delicious and the barbecue is also very good. Friends and family can come here to experience it. There is also a large swimming pool for swimming. 🏊

The B&B is located near Grape Valley, but it is a little off. The street lights are dim when driving to the hotel at night, almost non-existent, and it is a little inconvenient to travel. The handsome guy at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He helped us with the luggage and sent us to the door of the room. He brought a plate of welcome fruit. Later, when he heard that we wanted to eat mulberries, he brought another large plate. The environment of the manor is superb. It is suitable for a daze here if you have plenty of time. I heard from the boss that this is also one of the attractions in Grape Valley. Unfortunately, the itinerary is full and there is no time to empty myself and walk slowly in the manor. The room environment is very good, especially the style of the B&B. The only drawback is that the amount of water for bathing is a bit small and the temperature is not high. When we left the store, the boss was very thoughtful. He sent us to the Turpan Museum and took us to pick some mulberries on the roadside. We tasted a few bites and occasionally had a slightly sweet meal. The boss said that the season has not arrived yet and it has just begun to mature.
