We were upgraded to a bigger room with window.we booked without window.front desk were very helpful.booked to come back next week.

I gave it 4 points because it was quite cold and I wanted to take a hot shower after a long journey (but this is too difficult for this hotel! It only provides warm water for showering in summer, and I almost caught a cold after taking a shower) The water is really cold. The guy who came up to adjust the hot water was not very nice and was impatient when he didn’t adjust the heat.) There wasn’t even hot water? I will never stay at this hotel again! The boss is so stingy that he doesn't even let customers take a hot bath.

Turpan is really hot, so I had to stay in a hotel. This hotel is very cost-effective, and we even upgraded the room for free. Thank you! There is a large parking lot at the entrance, and there is also a car wash shop. By the way, I washed the dirt-covered car that came out of Haidao. When I left the parking lot, I asked the front desk for a free ticket. Turpan has a lot of delicious food, but the only drawback is that it’s too hot.
