Breakfast was tasty and well presented with many good options. The location was excellent as it's right next to the entrance to the train station, about 50m away. That means taxis were very easy to get, and there is a 24h convenience store and food options in the same plaza. Taxi to the main city center was a quick 20 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel if you're considering it!"

"24-hour butler service: The response speed was quite fast. When we did the sand therapy, they prepared disposable clothes for us. One of the staff members was particularly great; he helped with our luggage, running around for us – very thoughtful. Soundproofing is a bit poor. It can get noisy if many people check in during your afternoon rest. Welcome fruit: A good variety, and the grapes were very sweet."

We didn't get to experience the pool because it was too hot outdoors. The hotel's underground parking is huge. When we checked out, we forgot our charger, and they actually called us and helped mail it back to Shanghai. We're incredibly grateful! 🙏"

After explaining the situation, the hotel helped us negotiate a one-day extension. We were very grateful! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up] The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. The blankets were especially comfortable and warm. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too high for me, but overall it was a very good experience. [Thumbs up]"

There are plenty of great food options nearby, including Xinjiang rice noodle shops and dried fruit wholesalers. I even bought some Jiaomaji (spicy numbing chicken). The front desk service was excellent; they kindly helped store my Jiaomaji in the fridge for me to take on the road the next day."

"Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future"
