"Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Turpan Museum and under half an hour taxi ride from airport, train station and Jiaohe, the hotel was great value w very big room and bed, nice walk-in shower and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either. The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning."

"Exceeded my expectations, thumbs up! 👍 It's been a while since I last stayed at an Ibis, and I was pleasantly surprised that this one not only maintained the brand's usual standards but also managed to improve upon them. 1️⃣ **Hotel Design:** From the lobby to the rooms, the design is cleverly thought out. There are some unique touches that cater to guest needs while maintaining a minimalist business style, and the color scheme is outstanding. 2️⃣ **Staff:** All the staff members are really nice. 3️⃣ **Location:** Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Turpan North Station. It's super convenient to arrange car pickups/drop-offs for tours to the scenic spots. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Visiting Turpan in the summer means early starts and late returns, so staying at a hotel like this to escape the midday heat is a fantastic idea."

"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"Having stayed at Hampton by Hilton numerous times, the Turpan location was, as always, excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with the Xiyou Night Market just nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was very generous. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"Arriving at the hotel after dark, I spotted the tall, eye-catching sign from afar—it was impossible to miss! The interior space was enormous; I was afraid of getting lost. The room was large, with a thorough separation of wet and dry areas. The hairdryer was mounted directly on the wall, saving a lot of trouble! The staff were extremely friendly. I encountered a minor issue during check-in, which they resolved very patiently. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and they kept bringing out stir-fries while I ate—a pleasant surprise on this trip to southern Xinjiang!"

"The room was exceptionally spacious, and the late-night congee was excellent and comforting. They even cut the hami melon I bought into small pieces, which was a nice touch. However, there was a noticeable shortage of staff. The dinner restaurant was a complete mess. I ran into a staff member in the hallway and tried to ask for a clothes hanger. Just as I started speaking, someone nearby shouted for a staff member, and they immediately turned and walked away. It seemed like whoever shouted loudest got attention. Eventually, when the staff member returned, they told me to call the front desk to request a hanger. This was a very poor experience. Despite calling the front desk as instructed, the hanger was never delivered."

"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine. Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area. Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"一次超預期的酒店預訂，本次和朋友來吐魯番這邊來旅遊，最終選擇了這邊的這個格林豪泰酒店，我一般很少給酒店做評論，但是我這次要給這個酒店從服務衞生設施環境這四個方面做評論，服務上面我要提及前台的這個戴眼鏡的小姑娘，服務太好了，一個字好，兩個字很好，三個字太好了，四個字非常好，讓我有了一種賓客如歸的感覺，其次，在衞生上面，酒店的細節，衞生打掃的很到位，床品更換的很乾凈，我平時比較討厭酒店這個床單上的毛髮，但是這家酒店經過我的細緻觀察，沒有任何一個頭發，這讓我很滿意，很滿意，再從酒店的這個設施上面，也讓我很滿意。房間有空調，這個冷熱水也相對比較好，其次，整體的這個位置也相對比較的方便，師範旅遊幹啥都挺方便的"

"I booked this hotel from Urumqi to Turpan simply because it offered a shuttle service, but I was surprised to find that the train pick-up was a Mercedes-Benz, a pleasant surprise. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel looks grand from the outside, the lobby is simple yet luxurious, the rooms are spacious, and the Xiaodu service is lovely. It's a great value hotel. Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Like it 👍🏻"
