Short taxi ride to the Turpan princes residence and Suleyman Minaret (Su-gong Ta, the talles minaret in China). Old streets with a chance to see the disappearing wolrd."

The two young ladies at the front desk are beautiful and cute. The most comfortable and satisfying time I have ever stayed in Xinjiang. By the way, I slept very well this night."

"Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others."

The lobby atmosphere was lovely, but I was in such a rush that I didn't get a chance to sit and enjoy it for long. The sleepwear was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was powerful."

"Actually this is the perfect choice for a hotel in visiting turpan. The reason that I took a half star off on the rating is related to the unreliable support from the Young man from the front desk. On arrival at check in, I asked for information on public transportation to flamingo mountain, he claimed that there is no public bus and you must hire a car service to flaming mountain, even if you call DIDI to get there and you will not be able to call a Didi to come back. Before booking the hotel, I knew that the turpan north station has public buses to the major attractions. The city of turpan has done a wonderful job to promote the Uyghur culture. The hotel is in an excellent location right across from the train station,, breakfast buffet is good, room size is adequate, new. Recommend . I will be back."
