As someone who is allergic to dust mites, I found the room very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong, and guests could make use of the washing machines and dryers, with liquid detergent provided. The staff were extremely helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The breakfast spread is varied and includes both Chinese and Western options. Buses to the Flaming Mountains, Grape Valley, and Karez Paradise are conveniently available near the hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future."

"This was my first time visiting Turpan, and I chose this newly opened guesthouse. The overall experience was excellent. I communicated with the owner beforehand about my arrival time, and they kindly drove to pick us up from the airport, saving us the trouble of taking a taxi and finding our way. They were very friendly and approachable. The guesthouse was completely renovated; the rooms and bathrooms were new and spotless, without a trace of dust or odor. The courtyard is filled with grapevines, perfect for relaxing in the shade during the day and picking fresh grapes right there. Located in Grape Valley's Frog Lane, it's very convenient for exploring the scenic area. I highly recommend it."

The hotel rooms are very clean, and the entire property is extremely convenient, featuring essential facilities like a laundry room, as well as a café and a convenience store. The hotel’s design, reflecting a desert town atmosphere, will make for a memorable stay. You can even see the beautiful stars at night. If you’re stopping by Turpan, we highly recommend staying here."

The details are full, the service is super thoughtful, the front desk clerk always has a smile on his face, very friendly and professional, and very good-looking! Always care about the requirements of the guests, and also sent us welcome fruits and desserts! The breakfast buffet is also very good! There are many varieties.. When I left, I also sent delicious rice dumplings for the children.. Overall, this stay experience is really perfect! We will definitely visit this homestay again!"

"The room was completely unsound—it was incredibly noisy! The facilities were damaged everywhere, and the cleaning was inadequate. To make matters worse, we were rushing to our flight on the day of check-out, and the elevator was out of service. We called a staff member to ask them to send someone to help us with our luggage, and they just told us to wait! When we asked how long the wait would be, they replied, "I don't know," and that was it. We weren't in a rush to catch a flight; we weren't going to carry our luggage from the 12th floor to the first floor ourselves. A hotel that can't even handle this most basic problem…this hotel…is absolutely…absolutely…utterly…absolutely…not only is the location remote, but the staff's attitude is also incredibly rude. Be careful! Be careful!"
