The location was a bit out of the way but there were lots of restaurants nearby serving kebab type meals. Fresh fruit was hard to find however. We never had to wait for a taxi. I don't know if there is a better location in town but we were very happy staying here."

When I evaluate a hotel, I usually focus on two things: first, the cleanliness of hidden corners in the room, especially the shower and sink areas, and the freshness of the towels. This hotel excelled in all these aspects. Second, I look at the freshness of the breakfast items, particularly the salad. While the variety of choices depends on the hotel's positioning and class, the freshness truly reflects the hotel's care and management. For this, I have to give this Hampton a huge thumbs-up. All the staff I encountered were also very friendly."

The rooms are even better than pictured, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bedding is soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is spotless and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, no odors, and no hard-to-clean spots – a true haven for cleanliness enthusiasts. The service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper communicates via WeChat, providing attentive service whenever needed, and all staff are warm, patient, and thorough. Upon check-out, we received a large box of famous Turpan grapes as a souvenir, which perfectly fulfilled my wish to try the grapes during my visit to Turpan – I was truly touched. The hotel's spacious parking lot in front, exquisite lobby and facilities, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and rich, delicious breakfast truly left a deep impression. I highly recommend this conveniently located, high-quality, and great value-for-money hotel."

"The room was quite spacious and decent. I specifically asked for a non-corner room, but ended up getting one anyway... Also, the mini-fridge was only brought up after I contacted the front desk. The laundry room only has 2 washers and 2 dryers, and they had run out of detergent. I had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be delivered. You need to set your own alarm and remember to switch your laundry yourself; there's no service staff to keep an eye on it or bring it to your door once it's done. Breakfast was very average, but filling."

It can accommodate 4 people, and it has butler-style service. The butlers are online 24 hours a day! Xiaopa and Nayi's service is really great. I saw many people in the comments praising their butler service. After staying here, I found it was really great! I will choose here next time I come"

"This hotel is very centrally located, with very helpful staff on reception. The rooms were spacious and clean although the bathroom arrangement was unusual - a showrer room, a toilet room, and the washbasin in the room. The only slight downside for us was that we had chosen it partly because it had a swimming pool. The swimming pool is huge but it is an extra charge and cost (from memory) 58 yuan per person per swim. Normally we would have swum morning and evening but the pool didn't open until 11am, so only an evening swim was possible."

"The hotel's facilities are decent for the local area, but there were a few things I wasn't happy with. Firstly, the bathroom drain was constantly overflowing. Secondly, for such a hot location, there was no refrigerator in the room. Thirdly, I even saw flies buzzing around the food at breakfast. On the positive side, the bedding in the room was comfortable for sleeping."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 200-meter walk to the entrance of Turpan North Station. It's also not far from Turpan Airport; Gaode Maps showed it was a little over 1 km to walk to the hotel, which might be a bit roundabout (I didn't try it). However, the hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service. After collecting your luggage at the airport, just call the hotel's reserved phone number, and they'll send a car to pick you up. The hotel is very clean, smart, and has great soundproofing. Even though it's close to the airport, you can't hear any plane noise. The hotel advertises an 8-hour breakfast service, which is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel: regular dining hours are from 7-10 AM; before and after that, from 4-7 AM and 10 AM-12 PM, you can get specific meals packed to go (I didn't try this, so you might want to confirm the details with the front desk)."

The hotel lobby is alright, but the blankets in the room smelled a bit and need washing. People with smelly feet might find it a bit unpleasant running around without slippers.
