The smart toilet experience is amazing. The smart toilet equipped in the hotel is definitely a highlight! The flushing force is strong and water-saving and environmentally friendly. The residue-free design makes the use experience very comfortable. The room is exquisitely designed and fully equipped. After checking in, I was attracted by the modern and simple style of the room at first sight. The original wood-colored furniture and warm-toned lighting create a warm atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the fatigue disappears instantly after lying down; details such as smart curtains improve the quality of living. The room is very clean, even the corners are spotless, and the sound insulation effect is also excellent. No outside noise can be heard at night. The service is thoughtful and warm like home. From the front desk to the room service, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff are impressive and must be requested. The breakfast is rich and delicious: a buffet breakfast combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. Fruits and drinks are provided free of charge in the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a high-quality choice worth staying in repeatedly!

Other aspects of the hotel and service were acceptable. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment: the selection was extremely limited, the service was abysmal, and the breakfast hours ended far too early. Due to the more than two-hour time difference with mainland China, many guests either missed breakfast entirely or couldn't finish their meal before everything was cleared by 10:00 AM (as pictured). I politely offered feedback, suggesting that extending the breakfast hours would significantly improve the guest experience. A restaurant staff member then approached me, rudely declared, 'We don't need your suggestions,' and proceeded to yell at me for a considerable amount of time. I was utterly speechless! Remember, this is a hotel, not a pet shop! I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid at all costs!

I had a lot of fun. Although the schedule was very tight and I had too little time, the hotel service was excellent, especially the manager who took the trouble to pick me up at the airport and gave me a lot of suggestions. I will stay here again next time and check in Turpan slowly. It's such a beautiful city. I like it very much. This clean and comfortable hotel is worth staying in. It's great!

Couldn’t be happier with the stay. Arrived early morning at Turpan rail station and the owner granted early checkin without a fuss. Super convenient given the tiring overnight train journey. Owner was also kind enough to arrange for tour driver for one day sightseeing. The area is awesome! Next door is a local vegetable and fruit shop where things can be purchased super cheaply. Bought a large watermelon (in season) and the owner lent a knife to cut it open. Delicious! The room is great; well appointed, clean, breezy. Only slight issue with the bathroom where the water didn’t drain fast enough so need to shower carefully to prevent overflow into the room. Overall, it was a stay well beyond expectation. The owner was super nice and helpful.
