"This is a really nice hotel. The price is amazing. The shower was so powerful. I loved it. The room was clean, the mattress was soft. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the lobby was a little messy. But you don’t spend any time in the lobby.  I think this was a great deal."

"Great staff, very polite and welcoming, great location and room, not the cheapest hotel lol but you get what you pay for and this hotel was the best one I stayed at out of 4 or 5 this one was pricey but the best clearly in my opinion and I would stay there again"

"It was not our first time to stay in this hotel. Their staff is very friendly and well trained. The room is very clean and Quiet at night considering as the area surrounding with bars and loudly music. The location is convenient to get around by walking to Central plaza, UD market, train station and bus station as well. We will deeply considering to comeback if we are traveling to Udon Thani nearly future."

"I couldn't understand the language, so I managed to communicate using Google Translation. However, this hotel cannot arrange sightseeing. Shopping was a shop in ２．３ minutes on foot and I didn't have any trouble buying beer or snacks."

"Nice locations, few meters away from the Nong Prajak lake. Staff is friendly and can help organise trips to famous Udon’s landmarks. Room is basic but very clean. Rooftop has a really good view to the lake. This could be better used but the hotel for evening and morning use."

"Overall good. The room is spacious. But I have to deduct points. The hotel is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything that anyone does. The sound of the water sprayer, the sound of people taking a shower. But if you sleep soundly, it shouldn't be a problem.
Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. Very close to the city."

HHyemiI often come to Udon, and this was my first time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very big and well organized. The room was super clean, and I loved the shower water pressure. It felt like getting a massage. 🤣🤣 The bed was comfy, and I slept very well. I will definitely come here again.

그그 바람속으로In Udon Thani, the Centara hotel is at the top of the list. What is the status of the Pannarai hotel among the countless hotels in this small provincial city?
At least it seems to still show the experience and effort to become the best hotel, even if it is not number one.
In particular, the friendly hotel staff who treat customers with sincerity and are dedicated to their work are impressive. This attitude of the staff has formed the basis of the hotel's long-accumulated reputation.
If I had to pick one thing that was disappointing while staying in the room, it would be that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. Other than that, I can guarantee that this is a great value for money accommodation.
Needless to say, it is the perfect location and has a nightlife. When I sat in the lobby of this hotel and looked out at the blazing Thai sun, I suddenly felt the exotic feeling I had experienced at a hotel in Casablanca, Morocco.
Although each guest may have a different review of the hotel, the pannarai hotel was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at while traveling in Isan province. Isn't this the reason why you travel to the countryside to experience the sensibility of a small town?

PPhatteeraMy parents were so happy and excited with hotel decorations and amenities around the hotel like bar swimming pools gym and hot tub. Breakfast is sooooo good with variety of food like local food, drinks , salad, noodles, western food, no need to find anywhere else. If they are request for deposits just do in cash. One thing is to worry about just aware of mosquitoes at the bar downstairs.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered an amazing view. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the room, from complimentary water to quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the in-room amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and the dining area was always clean and well-organized.

CChon.POverall, the hotel is good, and the air conditioning is cool. I am a B2 customer and have stayed at the Udon branch before. However, the cabinets and furniture are quite old, which causes a musty wood smell and a metallic odor.
