This is a good hotel, and it's not our first time staying here. We stayed in the main building, and the balcony offered an excellent view. The separate toilet and bathroom were convenient. The staff were very good, and there's a Russian-speaking employee named Natalia at the reception who helps with any questions that arise. The main building also has an excellent deep swimming pool, and the breakfasts are great.

Facilities: If you look closely, the room shows a bit of age, but it's very clean, which I actually found quite comfortable.

Cleanliness: Very clean, everything here smells great, and my pool was cleaned daily.

Environment: Absolutely perfect. When I checked in, I asked the front desk to check for rooms 403, 404, or 405, as I believe these three rooms have the best views. They checked and helped me get room 404. I highly recommend this room to everyone; the view is fantastic. It's incredibly relaxing to float in the pool and look out at the sea. Plus, most of the sun loungers are on the right side of the room, offering excellent privacy.

Service: All the staff provided excellent service. Most staff communicate in English without any issues, and one front desk staff member can speak Chinese.

I stayed for a few days this time, and the overall experience was better than expected – perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The resort is right by the sea; you can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, no need for a taxi or a long detour. It was really convenient for morning and evening strolls along the shore.

The room was much larger than I anticipated, very spacious, and the balcony was lovely with direct sea views. It was incredibly pleasant to sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and watch the ocean when the weather was nice.

The hotel has a total of four swimming pools, so even with many guests, it never felt crowded. You could choose a spot that suited you. Breakfast also deserves praise; the variety was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. Even staying for several days, I never felt the choices were too limited, and the food was generally delicious. The hotel grounds are quite large, creating a wonderful resort atmosphere where you can easily spend an entire day without leaving. Overall, it's ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat, swimming, and sea views. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is an excellent option for a large family or group. The reception managers were very friendly and always helped with any questions we had. It was my dad's birthday, and they sweetly surprised him with a cake! :) When we checked in, we noticed one TV wasn't working, and they replaced it with a new one that same day! They even set up all the apps for us. Housekeeping was daily, the linens were clean, and you can get beach towels at the reception desk! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were beautiful!

”I stayed for a three-day weekend and found the room (villa) spotless and very quiet. The front desk staff handled my late check-in smoothly, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Great location just a short walk to karon beachside & very convenient local transit. I would definitely stay here again!” Resorts come with complimentary of breakfast, hitea and cocktail section very friendly and it have 4 diff type of swimming pool provided. Spa also very good services and shall try it and relax. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have to download an app for all communication with front desk, it’s very convenient to book free daily activities on app, various classes throughout the week, we booked Thai boxing class twice, Thai language, mini Thai dance, enjoy a good time. We took the Friday BBQ night cabaret show, see the pamphlet and see what we got. Though majority is Russians, they are nice and quiet, their children are very well behaved.

I was quite surprised that this hotel turn out great. The room was clean and new and house keeping was kind to put 1more box of tissues and extra roll of toilet paper for our use of 3 pax.
Like this hotel with own massage center, so convienced to come down for massage within the hotel and the massage center was clean and nice. Seldom see such hotel with own massage and clean room.
Wish the massage center can open longer hours as 10pm closed was quite early.

A little disappointment
The walker bar closes on Friday night, though rain has stopped as i wanted to have a last time to relax in the rooftop. There should be some signage to inform guests as i went up to find the door locked. Also alternative at the resturant should continue to alow guest to drink and snack if weather at roof top is closed for any reason.

Also the curtain outside to cover the bath half circle cannot close fully. Not so appropriate for families as the gap at the side can see. Abit uncomfortable to have such a room with my grown up son. I think the hotel should considered such matters when allocating room.

Overall the hotel was a good surprise in term of its location, cleaniness. Kudos to the house keepers. And love the massage center within the hotel, it give me a 5 stars rating of the massage center.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. We came for our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a fruit platter and a plate of sweets. Thank you so much!

The front desk staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was spacious with nice, fluffy towels and always fresh linens. There was even an ironing board and iron in the room.

My only minor complaints are some dust in the corners of the room and on the shelves, and the vacuuming in the bathroom wasn't thorough enough, nor was the wet cleaning of the living room table.

The breakfast food was delicious and varied. There was a good selection, including Indian, Chinese, European, and Thai cuisine. They also had a station for local drinks and tasty coffee from a machine.

As for a minor drawback, I did see a cockroach scurrying towards the fruit station. But I guess he was a local just visiting the kitchen to check if the fruit platters were full enough. :)

Centara Grand at CentralWorld is a well-established 5-star hotel boasting an excellent location. It offers direct access to CentralWorld shopping mall, with elevators reaching various shops. The hotel is a mere 10-minute walk from the Erawan Shrine and surrounded by numerous shopping malls and markets. All guest rooms are located above the 28th floor of this 55-story building, offering expansive city skyline views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include a breakfast buffet, an outdoor pool, and a gym. The highlight is the Red Sky rooftop bar on the 55th floor, famous for its iconic red arch and 360-degree panoramic views of Bangkok's nightscape. Many non-guests specifically visit to experience it, and enjoying a drink at sunset while admiring the night view is incredibly pleasant.

The only minor drawbacks are that the breakfast buffet isn't particularly extensive and lacks common 5-star hotel items like cream cakes. The guest room slippers are made of thin synthetic fiber, feeling flimsy and poor in quality, which doesn't quite match the caliber of a 5-star hotel.

The room was excellent and beautiful. They offer a shuttle service to the Government Complex Chaengwattana BTS station. There's also plenty of dedicated hotel parking. It's quite convenient to get around. Highly recommended! 🙆🏻♀️🫶🏻♥️💕

I stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and was very pleased!

The rooms are spacious and genuinely comfortable: you really feel like there's enough space to move around freely, unpack your things, and simply relax after exploring the city. Plus, everything is very clean—it's immediately clear that the housekeeping is thorough and regular.

I particularly liked the location: the hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city—which is a real rarity for Bangkok. Yet, you can easily get to the main attractions and transport hubs without any problems.

The staff is a special highlight: everyone is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it's advice on interesting places or assistance with organizing a transfer. You truly feel like a welcome guest.

Breakfasts are simply a gem: a large selection of dishes, and everything is very tasty. There are both Asian and classic Western options—everyone will find something to their liking.

Overall, the hotel is perfect for those who want to combine convenience and tranquility—I highly recommend it! 😊

I highly recommend this place! The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The overall setup is lovely and relaxing, making it a great place to stay.

The only issue we experienced was that the hot tub/hot water feature wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was great. Definitely a beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

The location is convenient and the room is spacious. When I first checked in, there was a slight issue with the door, but the staff fixed it quickly. It's also very close to my favorite massage place, within walking distance, and there's a 7-Eleven right at the end of the alley.

This hotel stands out for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, good staff service, and value for money, with an average review score of 8.1.

🛏️ Rooms
The rooms are clean and a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are quite spacious, and there's a balcony with either a pool or city view. Many reviews praise the beds, pillows, and showers for being excellent. It's suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families. However, some found it a bit too intimate (this seems to be a mistranslation or a typo in the original Thai, the sentiment leans towards 'not too intimate' or 'just right' based on other positive aspects).

🌴 Atmosphere
The atmosphere is relatively peaceful compared to hotels located on the main road, even though it's in Central Pattaya, allowing for a comfortable stay. A highlight is the swimming pool area, which acts as the hotel's centerpiece, featuring a jacuzzi and a pool bar. The evening atmosphere here is very inviting.

🍳 Food
Breakfast is a buffet with Thai, international, and Western options. Many reviews commend the taste and variety, though some suggest there could be more fresh fruit or greater variety. The 'Khanom Jeen Green Curry' is a particular highlight.

🍹 Restaurants & Bars
The hotel has Glow Restaurant, serving Asian and international cuisine all day with both indoor and outdoor seating. Additionally, there's a poolside bar, perfect for a relaxed drink.

🏊♀️ Swimming Pool
This is another highly praised feature. The pool is beautiful, the water is warm, there are relaxing seating areas, a pool bar, and a jacuzzi. It's ideal for swimming and lounging from afternoon to evening.

😊 Service
This is a strong point for the hotel. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. Reviews consistently highlight the team's friendliness.

✅ Pros
Free iron available for use
Clean rooms, comfortable beds
Excellent and friendly staff service
Beautiful swimming pool with a pool bar and jacuzzi
Diverse breakfast options
On-site restaurant and bar
Central Pattaya location, close to restaurants, bars, and attractions
Free Wi-Fi and parking (the 'น่ากลัวเบาๆ' seems like a typo/misplaced comment in Thai, likely intended to be positive like 'surprisingly good' or simply 'available')
Good value for money

❌ Cons
Some rooms, according to a few reviews, are starting to feel a bit dated and could use renovation or updated decor.
While breakfast is good, some wish for more variety and fresh fruit.
Not beachfront; it's about a 15-minute walk to Pattaya Beach.
During peak times, the pool and dining areas can get busy.
Pool bar service might be inconsistent at times.

In short: If you prioritize clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent service, a beautiful pool, good food and bar options, and a reasonable price, this place is highly recommended. However, if you're looking for a beachfront hotel or emphasize brand-new luxury, there might be slightly better options.

Encountering Indian guests was not ideal at all; they were impolite, loud, and messy, but the staff tried their best to manage and be attentive.
