Terrible Experience — Don’t want to visit again. I recently stayed at this resort, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. Despite the booking confirmation and an upgraded package, it felt like a complete waste. Here’s why: 1. Overbooking Issues: I was placed in a 9-person sitting arrangement for a group of 14. Completely unacceptable and uncomfortable. 2. Poor Management: The spa was poorly managed by the managers. After waiting a long time, the manager finally confirmed my appointment, but the next day, I was told, “Sorry,” with no accountability. I had to wait endlessly on the phone, and the manager didn’t even have the decency to speak to me in person. 3. False Advertising: Many items offered as part of the package were just marketing gimmicks and not delivered as promised. 4. Uninformed Staff: The staff were clueless about the package details, including activities like diving lessons and other things. 5. Ruined Plans: I considered extending my stay, but the poor service and lack of professionalism completely changed my mind. This stay was a disaster from start to finish. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such an experience. I never want to return to this resort, nor recommend it to anyone.
