The service is extremely poor. There are often errors in the room reservations. The front desk doesn't keep their promises. The rooms are not cleaned. The hotel manager is always trying to make a profit.

Facilities: The hotel looks well decorated, and there is a four-star plaque hanging in the lobby, but it feels that the details are not up to the four-star standard. Hygiene: It looks good when you enter the room, but many details are actually not clean - 1. Both mouthwash cups are dirty (there are traces of being burned and melted by cigarettes, maybe some guests use the cups as ashtrays?); 2. The glass cups in the mini bar are obviously not cleaned; 3. The toilet area is not mopped; these are all obvious stains. Environment: The whole environment of Ulaanbaatar is very windy and sandy, and the cars on the road are dirty, so the hotel is also very dusty, about 25 minutes walk from Genghis Khan Square. Service: I don't know if the English communication is not smooth, the service is disappointing - 1. On the first day, the front desk asked us whether we would eat breakfast in the room or go down to the restaurant. We said we would go down, but they knocked on the door and sent it up at 8 o'clock (breakfast was a Western set meal); 2. On the second day, we chartered a car to go out before 9 o'clock, so we told the front desk that we hoped it would be sent to the room at 8 o'clock. As a result, when we went down at 8:20, he said he forgot... After waiting for 5 minutes, we hurriedly ate in the restaurant; 3. The staff who cleaned the room also forgot to give us toiletries... But when we checked out, the front desk helped us use the software to call a car to take us to the train station. Regarding the trip to Mongolia, we chartered a car to go to Terelj National Park. There was a horse riding project on the roadside. It was originally said that each person would pay 25,000 yuan for a round trip (2 hours). There were two of us, but in the end they said that the total was 150,000 yuan (including the person who took us on horseback riding, which was also included in our expenses). We agreed, but the guy leading the team couldn't tame one of our horses, so we only rode for 20 minutes in total and took the car back. In the end, they said they would charge 100,000 yuan... In such a place, we considered ourselves unlucky to encounter such "barbaric" behavior. The 20-kilometer road on the return trip was blocked for 3 hours (the tour guide said this is a daily routine in Ulaanbaatar). There are many Koreans here, and the chain convenience stores are all Korean GS25 and CU. In general, if your vacation is very precious, Mongolia is not worth traveling.

We stayed there about two weeks while on a mission trip with a group of people. The rooms are large, and could use some attention, but we had nothing serious to complain about. We had plenty of space for our family of three. Breakfast is the same every day but for us vegetarians it was fine. What I really appreciated was the staff. All were friendly and helpful, but I especially want to give kudos to Otgoo at the front desk. We wanted to rent scooters to get around, but I was having difficulty using the available apps for different rental companies, trying to figure it all out with Mongolian language. She helped me do it, which took a while as we were commuting by Google translate. She brought us the first one, and put the charge on her card, and I paid her back. She did it all with a smile. And we had a blast riding around. A wonderful exchange.

Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. Red wine stains throughout the room and pretty grunge-y around the edges. Please replace, Bishrelt. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good choices and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall, a great value for the money and we had a good rest after a very hectic two weeks out on the steppe. Would stay again.

Poor service, unathorized access to my room. Worst experience I've ever had travelling abroad. I paid for the breakfast but every morning it was either late (it was supposed to be served at 7am but never happened before 8.30am) or not available. It was impossible to adjust room temperature, there were old seprate taps in the shower and most personell didn't speak English. One night some strangers entered my room with another key: the day after I asked the reception to check what happened (there was CCTV) but they did nothing.

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is beautifully decorated! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a mini bar and toiletries. Unfortunately the adjacent restaurant “The Embassy” doesn’t stay open late enough for dinner but there are plenty of great options within walking distance.
