For the low price, the cleanliness offers good value for money, but I think it's best suited for just sleeping. Pros: ・They lend you one towel. ・There are two convenience stores in the same building, so you won't have trouble finding food. ・Breakfast? You can freely eat/drink the food and beverages in the kitchen (bread, cornflakes, biscuits, coffee). ・The owner's personality is genuinely good. Cons: ・There are no partitions for the beds. ・There's only one toilet and shower, and they're in the same room."

"The hotel is located far from the city center, but there are cafes and a large supermarket nearby. The staff speaks excellent English and is always ready to help. In our room, the toilet seat was broken, and one morning out of three, there was no hot water. The shower gel and shampoo miniatures were left by previous guests – they were already opened and not full. We left the hotel after 12 o'clock, and our room was not cleaned even once, nor was the trash emptied, during our three-day stay."

Although some details in the room felt a bit odd (like the scarcity of power outlets or the extra-long shower curtain), you can tell they've made efforts to renovate in recent years. At least the room was spacious and clean, and the staff spoke basic English. You can order breakfast to be delivered to your room for 15,000 MNT (the apple was bought separately). There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so daily life is very convenient."

They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me."
