You can freely eat/drink the food and beverages in the kitchen (bread, cornflakes, biscuits, coffee). ・The owner's personality is genuinely good. Please note that the ride between airport and city centre (where this hotel is located) can take 1.5 hr long as there's serious traffic jam around the city centre."

In our room, the toilet seat was broken, and one morning out of three, there was no hot water. The shower gel and shampoo miniatures were left by previous guests – they were already opened and not full. We left the hotel after 12 o'clock, and our room was not cleaned even once, nor was the trash emptied, during our three-day stay."

"The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door. They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me."

"Booked two rooms and stayed twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and on our last day, we had to check out at 4:30am so couldn't have breakfast (starts at 6am). When we told reception this, they offered us takeout. It was a tasty sandwich, yogurt, and bottle of water (or coffee). One thing to note is that every room is different. We stayed in four different Standard Twin Rooms over the course of our two stays, and each size and layout was different. One was huge while another was tiny. I've attached photos of two rooms. On our first stay, they collected 20,000 tugriks deposit per room card which they returned to us at check out. But they didn't collect it the second time. Submitting this review twice as we stayed twice."

"It's was a lovely hotel the staff was excellent very professional a special thanks to Saran and reda we arrived at the hotel early in the morning due to the flight time and with the check in time being 14.00 we was in for a long wait the hotel really looked after us and Saran moved heaven and earth to get us in the room by 11.30 which was really kind of him the hotel itself was really good the room was excellent and absolutely spotless the hard working staff really deserve credit. We didn't have breakfast but the cafe bar was very nice and really reasonably priced.me and my wife loved our 7 nights stay and a would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting ulaanbaater"
