Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy. The location is great for avoiding traffic on the way to the airport, especially if you have an early flight the next day. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the indoor central air conditioning was quite noisy.

Guest UserThe hotel room is spacious, and the location is good, about a 15-minute walk from the plaza. However, the breakfast was a bit limited and served in small portions. There are restaurants on the first two floors below, and the Chinese restaurant served up some delicious food – we ate there twice!

Sofia_PoeThe second stay here wasn't as smooth as the first time. When i arrived, there was no electricity, which meant i had to go up and down to ask someone to help me open the door every time i left the room. Also, even though i booked a massage session at 8:30 pm to spend some time in the sauna beforehand, i was reminded about the massage and pushed to have it starting from 8 pm. Couldn't really relax.
As i was missing breakfast due to the morning flight, I was given a bento box - a sandwich, small bottle of water and a snack. Maybe a fruit and a yogurt on top of that would be better.

Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out.
Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews.
Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly.
Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable.
I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good.
Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated.
Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

The reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious.
Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well.
Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here.
I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

lkjidmBefore coming here, I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, worried that there would be various problems, but now I can say with confidence that this is a hotel that you can stay in with confidence.
The price is not high in Ulaanbaatar, and the location is relatively superior. There is a shopping mall under construction across the street, and it is a 20-minute walk from the central city. The hotel also has its own cafe on the first floor, where you can rest for a while. It is more conspicuous from a distance, but it is a bit winding when walking, and it is not so easy to find. There is a sign of a Korean restaurant on the first floor, which is confusing. There are other high-rise buildings near the hotel, but they do not block the view seriously.
It is 4km away from the train station, about 40 minutes walk. When we arrived at around 10:30, the hotel was very considerate and checked in in advance. The room is large and refreshing, the bed is soft, there is 24h hot water (not necessarily available in Mongolian hotels), a large bathtub, comfortable towels, and the quality of the shower gel provided is also good.
The problem is that there are too few sockets. There are two in the whole room, and one is in the bathroom...not very convenient. One is that there is no room service. Because I only stayed for two nights and communication was inconvenient, I did not ask for cleaning.
But overall, it is a good choice for staying in Ulaanbaatar.

By himariI stayed at this hotel because it was a filming location for VIVANT!
For about 15,000 yen per person per night, staying in a double room was fantastic!
I checked out a little late, but the staff kindly accommodated me, which I really appreciated.
It's a wonderful hotel that I'd definitely want to stay at again when I visit Mongolia!

The classic decor made me feel like I was back in the Soviet era; a nice stay.
Cleanliness: Excellent
Facilities: Okay, but there weren't enough power outlets in the room, making it inconvenient to charge my phone.
Service: 5/5 The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

For the location of this home (close to where I am going), all kinds of general, although not to the point of very bad, but also can not boast anything. At night, you can hear the sound of the KTV downstairs. The breakfast is very poor, not delicious, the cold meal is mainly, the service is very general, the smile service can not be done, and the restaurant on the second floor tastes not good.
