Great location close to restaurants and our meeting locations. No parking at the hotel but a public garage is right across the street. Staff is friendly and the rooms very modern and clean. Recommend upgrading to the larger Deluxe rooms as the standard rooms look quite small. Breakfast buffet is extensive.

The hotel is centrally located and only 10/15 minutes walk from the station. Very close to the Dom and the Altstadt. My bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The Dom could be seen from my window if you looked sharp to the left. The en-suite shower was powerful. The best things about the hotel were the personable / helpful staff and the splendid breakfast. An incredible selection of dishes and some champagne on offer. I enjoyed hearing the Dom’s bells chiming but light sleepers might wish to bring ear plugs. Altogether the hotel was an excellent base for a stay in Ulm.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral beim Ulmer Münster. Parken kann man in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe. Man kann auch von hier aus einige Unternehmungen starten. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist auch in allen Bereichen alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer zur Straße, wo der Geräuschpegel trotz geschlossenen Fenster zu hören war. Die Matratzen sind klasse, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad ist auch vollkommen ausreichend, man hat genügend Platz. Die Dusche ist super. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und die Eierspeisen werden alle frisch zubereitet. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei und wer sich nichts findet, der hat selber Schuld. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist ein tolles Team am Start. Man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen und genießen.

En plein centre ville juste à côté de la cathédrale. Parking à quelques pas. Accueil en français, personnel à l'écoute et trés sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, trés bien équipées, moderne avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner offre une grande diversités de produits tous plus bons les uns que les autres. Sincèrement un hôtel dans lequel on se sent bien et ou l'on a envie de revenir.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, nur wenige Schritte vom Münster entfernt. Parken in der nahegelegenen öffentlichen Tiefgarage ist bequem. Gut dämmende Fenster lassen den Straßenlärm nicht herein. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich.

Leider kann ich die vorherigen Bewertungen in vielen Punkten nicht bestätigen und nicht nachvollziehen. Zunächst das positive: - sehr zentrale Lage - geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und guter Ausstattung - sehr netter, freundlicher Check in Aber: - Zimmer zur Straße unzumutbar laut - im Gegensatz zum Check in bekam die Mitarbeiterin beim Check out den Mund nicht auf: als wir an die Rezeption kamen keine Begrüßung, kommentarlos kassiert, keine Frage nach Zufriedenheit, kein „Aufwiedersehen“, kein „gute Reise“ - einfach nur stumm - beim Frühstück war nichts gekühlt was gekühlt werden sollte und nichts warm, was war sein sollte - wer mag schon kalte Frikadellen, kalte Pancakes, kalten Kaiserschmarrn? - oder wie ist es mit Räucherlachs, Käse, Wurst, Eiersalat, Wurstsalat ect. die bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen stundenlang ungekühlt stehen? - außerdem dem stehen alle Produkte komplett offen und ungeschützt ohne jeglichen „Hustenschutz“ - das Angebot ist zwar recht umfangreich - uns wäre hier aber lieber Klasse statt Maße gewesen

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Ulm, direkt am wunderschönen Ulmer Münster. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, zeitlos modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück sehr lecker mit viel Auswahl.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und haben ein modernes Bad, alles tipptopp gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück ist besser als in manchen Luxushotels. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Dom. Personal sehr höflich und Auskunftsbereit. Frühstück ist überragend und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. 👍👍
