3-Star Hotels in Ulm

I had booked this hotel at 05.10.2019 (for 3 persons), the reservation was also confirmed on the same day. The hotel stay would have been from 25.12.2019 to 31.12.2019. Unfortunately, then I received a dismissal on 07.12.2019, justifying that the hotel is closed from 29.12.2019 to 06.01.2020. After a telephone call with a staff member of the hotel, I learned that we would have been the only guests from 29.12.2019 and that is why the management decided to close the hotel. On the one hand, I understand that it is also necessary to keep the entire hotel operations running for only 3 guests, which is also cost-effective. On the other hand, I do not realize that we are the only guests to bear the head for it! That is not my problem - but here it was just made my problem! I think that is the risk of the entrepreneur - certainly not my risk! I didn't have anything but to look for another hotel for the travel period in the short term to avoid switching to another hotel after a few days of stay at LeoMar - that's too complicated to me! I can't recommend this hotel - and this without being a guest there! That's not how you handle your customers!

We had an wonderful stay at the Comfor in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and dining/kitchen areas were excellent. The staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. We have stayed on numerous occasions and in different seasons it is cosy in Winter and cool in the Summer, beds are comfy and showers hot and powerful. There is a delicious breakfast available which includes freshly cooked bacon and eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, assorted lovely breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices. The coffee is great! The parking under the hotel is very handy and there is also a tram quite close by to connect to the hotel if arriving by train. Restaurants and The Munster are just a short walk away and it’s lovely to stroll the old town. We will continue to visit this wonderful home away from home and thank you for looking after us so well we really appreciate everything you do for us each time we stay, you are all fabulous.

The hotel is very new, the service is good, the breakfast is also very rich, just opposite the train station, it is more convenient to travel, not far from the central location, eating activities are also very convenient, the company generally lives there on business trips.

Useful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

This family-run hotel lies in quiet countryside, a 10-minute drive from Ulm city centre. Hotel Gasthof Adler offers a spa area, Swabian cuisine and modern rooms with Wi-Fi. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries. The staff was terrific -- very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning. Despite that, we would easily stay here again.

We chose the hotel because of the good location and the possibility of accommodation the car in the parking house Salzstadel, just 50 m away. We were very satisfied with the hotel, starting from the friendly reception, over the clean room, the good beds to the delicious breakfast has fit everything for us. All we wanted to see in Ulm we could reach walking - so the hotel was ideal for us. One (small) Wermut Tropfen: The parking fee in the parking house Salzstadel is relatively happy. According to the reception, the hotel did not yet negotiate better prices for hotel guests with the parking house. Conclude: We would like to come back - with certainty!
