In addition to the food and beverages, the service is relatively friendly and it is really bad. The hotel does not have a beach and there are reefs outside, and the swimming pool is small. The room facilities are ordinary and the soundproofing is poor, which affects the rest. The mountain road that came to scratched the car and was in a bad mood.

Magnificent mini-hotel. One of the best on the island. Very friendly staff, small number of rooms. Although it's a la carte, the breakfast is very tasty and varied. Infinity pool with magnificent views. Nearby is one of the best beaches on the island without waves - Jungle beach. I highly recommend choosing this place. By the way, I advise anyone who gets a view of the garden not to be upset - the sea can also be seen from there. Overall, a wonderful boutique hotel.

The main asset of this place is the staff. Everything. What was not noted when booking was the lack of glass in the windows. They are closed with decorative wooden shutters, as the hotel is decorated in a traditional style. But opening these shutters means listening to all the sounds that you can already hear quite well, and in the evening mosquitoes will fly in. Some people won’t notice, but I was in a small room with no windows, and without daylight it wasn’t very good. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfasts are good. The hotel team is pulling out all the stops, but renovation of the rooms is already required))

A super hotel with good facilities and a good location. The buffet breakfast is comparable to the standard of lunch and dinner. The hotel’s open-air saltwater swimming pool is clean and buoyant. It faces the sea and makes waves. It’s amazing. The family suite we stayed in, open the skylight, the sun shines in, it is too comfortable.

The hotel is younger, the decoration is not bad, the door object is a food city, but the hotel is not satisfied with a lot of places: the first is to make a mistake our order, the triple room becomes a double room, until 6:30 to give us A triple room; the second corridor is small, the elevator has a very unpleasant musty smell; the third sheet is dirty, the spots are stains, I have to send a picture to estimate that no one dares to go. There is no cup in the fourth room, no drinking water, no kettle, tap water is very salty, you must buy water yourself. We booked a room at the Thaproban Beach House Hotel, when we came to check in, it turned out that our reservation at this place was missing, and we had a reservation at the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. Thanks to the Trip.com team for helping us understand and resolve issues. And the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa turned out to be much better than the Thaproban Beach House. True, it is not on the beach, but the beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel is super, all the amenities, large rooms overlooking the ocean. Very tasty breakfasts, 2 swimming pools on site, one with salt water. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. We really liked it. And we never regretted that we moved into it.

Hotel room is a bit old, but very historical, the corridor in front of the room, the balcony is very characteristic, the surrounding environment is beautiful, breakfast is good, the hotel is a few hundred meters away from the beach, it is very convenient to walk, cost-effective.
