Hotel good but little bit far from city

This hotel is right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The dinner was served on a table on the beach. For dinner there are a lot of fresh seafood and fish options. The breakfast was local food like fruit, bread, jam and curry. I really liked it. Nice clean room with a mosquito net.

The main advantage of this hotel is its access to the beach and the availability of sun loungers. Otherwise, it's a typical three-star beach hotel (old towels, torn canopies, poorly working TV and weak air conditioning. Breakfasts are so-so. The staff is friendly.

We stayed for a couple of nights, overall everything was great, the room overlooked the street, where tuk-tuks were constantly racing around until late at night, very noisy. Didn't get enough sleep at all. But everything was green and full of animals, a little further down the street peacocks were walking and monkeys were climbing on wires. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, it had its own beach and sun loungers). The breakfasts were great!

The room I was originally given was close to the street and was very noisy. Later, I was given a room close to the sea, and the beach was right outside the door🏖. Of course, I only stayed for two nights and left early. The room was large and nice, with sufficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The only problem was that the hot water was not hot enough for this generation of hotels. It was probably warm water. I hoped I wouldn't catch a cold after taking a shower. I was quite happy staying there.

I liked the accommodation. The food was delicious.

The staff's service attitude is very good 👍, very friendly. Breakfast is as shown in the picture, English and Sri Lankan omelettes are available! The location is by the sea, and the restaurant is right on the sea. Very satisfied!

Best hotel so far in Sri Lanka. Location was amazing! Room was good, foot is so so, but better order in hotel cuz outside restaurants r not that good and more expensive. I liked the beach u can spend all day 🎈

I am really close to change. This is my dream room. Five days is not enough. I can go downstairs and play in the sea, or lie on the beach and sunbathe. I feel so happy just thinking about it.

My review, of course, will not be about this hotel, but about the hotel of this chain, Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. We booked a room at the Thaproban Beach House Hotel, when we came to check in, it turned out that our reservation at this place was missing, and we had a reservation at the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. Thanks to the Trip.com team for helping us understand and resolve issues. And the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa turned out to be much better than the Thaproban Beach House. True, it is not on the beach, but the beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel is super, all the amenities, large rooms overlooking the ocean. Very tasty breakfasts, 2 swimming pools on site, one with salt water. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. We really liked it. And we never regretted that we moved into it.

It's right on the beach, very convenient, the room is clean, but the price is inflated. It's more reasonable to sell it for more than 300

I visited this lovely restaurant with my friends and we absolutely loved every part of our meal here. The drinks were amazing and the food was comfortable and delicious! All the staff were attentive and did their best to make us enjoy our dinner. Particularly Kevin and Gihan were super friendly and professional!

We had a 2 nicht stay in this hotel. It was very nice and the food was really good. The people that are serving here are really friendly and want to help you with whatever you want. I only know one name of the workers there and that was Kevin. He helped us really good and was very kind to us. Wish we could have stayed for another day.
