The hotel is located in a quiet area, suitable for those traveling by car. Parking is ample, making it a good transit hotel. There are Chinese-speaking front desk staff. The breakfast is average. The rooms are clean and hygienic.

Good budget hotel, stayed for three nights and had a peaceful and comfortable night every night. Easy to drive to and well placed to get a bus or cab into central Rouen. It’s also next door to a large shopping centre.

Room was ok for one night picked up the toilet seat and someone else’s pee on the bottom of the seat clean my self but overall ok

Accueil parfait . La chambre est spacieuse mais impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur, j’ai été obligé de faire fonctionner celui de la salle de bain toute la nuit pour ne pas avoir froid . Lit à ressort à changer rapidement ! Je ne reviendrais pas malgré un personnel très agréable et souriant .

Convenient location close to a variety of eating establishments, including the hotels own restaurant. The hotel was smart, well maintained and excellent value for money. Good choice for breakfast as well. Only quibble would be the inward opening shower door made it a bit of a squeeze getting in and out.

All went well except that there was a need for cleaning (scrapped drape with some blood tasks, dust above guarding clothes, dirty coffee heating we cleaned ourselves) among others to mention just that. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.
