Mr Watt was amazing! He helped us call to get our lost Nintendo back, and it wasn’t an easy fix. He was able to show excellent professionalism and get it done. Legend 👍.

Room was spacious. Good amenities in the room: comfy slippers, kettle, coffee, umbrella, ironning board etc. Hotel is perfect location. I would like to thank manager Watt luo . He was very helpful, english was good . Hotel Breakfast was good. It was very convinient that the big shopping mall was just across the road.

The location of the hotel is very good, the lobby of the hotel is luxuriously decorated, and the front desk service is very good. Especially Ethan, it is rare to meet an English-speaking front desk here.

The hotel location is fine. The hotel staffs were nice. And the room is clean. Just when showering always found out that no matter how we close the door , water still leaked outside. Only stay here one night that was not a big deal.

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

The hotel is very basic, with a poor location that feels isolated from the main road. However, the staff were friendly and professional, which made the experience better. While the hotel was clean, the overall facilities were quite modest. It’s suitable for those looking for a simple, no-frills stay.

I won’t necessarily book this hotel again. It’s a classic Chinese big city multi-storey hotel which smells of smoke even in the non smoking floors. More importantly the hotel in above a 10 storey mall. So you need to walk through the mall to go the Main Street or walk down the massive flyway. If you don’t mind a concrete jungle the hotel is okay. The staff do not speak English (which is not expected necessarily in when travelling internationally ) and aren’t keen accommodating minor requests. For example, helping us with luggage to the 10 floor of the hotel. Or ordering a cab. The receptionist wanted to keep our passport over night. Which I had to convince her multiple times to return the passport in an hour after she registered us. Once she release I would not have it any other way, she sent the passports back in 10 min. No other hotel in China over 6 weeks has asked us to keep our passports.

The lady service manager in the hall is disappointing and unfriendly. My friend was served by a bell boy and tried on handicraft handbags while she was away. She suddenly appeared and scolded the bell boy for letting my friend touch and try the bags right infront of the two of us.

Very comfortable for foreigners. Several staff speak English. Everyone was friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also great!!! 马永平 and 王志豪 helped me get a late check out and even gave me a gift upon check out!

The worst Accor hotel I've ever experienced!!! The hotel is aged, not well maintained, maybe some bathrooms were renovated only. The lobby is pretty - I was thus attracted when navigating in travel websites. The very very worst part was the staff, the front line members were not experienced/ well trained. No one from the staff would greet guests, when you have eye contact with them they would turn their sights away! The more senior the more impolite, rude and arrogant they were!!! I am sorry but I need to say the Mr Gao (高) in the Front Desk was really disgusting ！！！
