Good hotel, great location and the staff are really nice. Breakfast is delicious and rooms are cleaned everyday.

The bed sheets and pillow had stains like they won't changed from the previous guest. Overal good experience just need to check the beddings better

Staffs are superb! Rooms are spacious and well equipped amenities. Only Wifi has an unstable connection. We have to keep logging in each time we come back to property. Bidet water pressure abit low but manageable. Overall experience - we love it there!

The hotel looks clean, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of options for breakfast menus. The rooms are clean. Importantly, They are very close to Patong Beach, just 300 meters away.

The best location for us. 5minutes walk to Patong beach, convenience store is just across the road. Taste of Pizza is superb!! Friendly and helpful staff 😊 recommend this hotel.

I’m not going to say anything negative here, however this property isn’t what I expected and not necessarily designed and operated for Western travelers. The breakfast buffet was skipped even though it was paid for during booking, seemed like it catered to mostly an Asian palette and offered weak alternatives for others. The swimming pool was rather small and didn’t really provide any shade, not to mention towels. The rooms are clean, but also compact and the balcony is completely open for all other rooms to be in full view. No privacy there at all. The shower was nice.

Horrible gym ,treadmills 3 from 4 not working properly, Spinning bikes 2 from 3 not work well even the last one its been overused, dirty equipment Noisy Hotel ,most stuff should improve english skills, Too expensive for this price
