Location is fantastic. Rooms are small and toilets are tiny and inconvenient. Bathtub is miniscule and hard to get in and get out due to oversized washbasin. The plastic chair in the room was broken. We had to request a blanket as only sheet was provided. Understaffed in the breakfast area and the servers struggle during peak hours 9-10 am. Lift is old fashioned and very slow. All staff was super nice and did everything in their power to provide excellent service. In particular Diana and Paula were excellent. Ok for short stay

Located ar central squarr (plaza del Ayuntament), 4 min walking to the Nord Station. Everything is within 1-15 min walking distance. All the centre is around you. Room is small, but clean.

The only way to stop it was to call the police because there was no one in the dorm. My boyfriend and I booked this place last minute. We walked to and from the center most days. It’s easy to get around. There are a couple of food spots in the area. I would say it was a 15 min walk from one of the main plazas and the metro is an 8 min walk from the apartment. The AC is not a proper aircon, it’s like a portable one. We had to put in on the chair and have it face the bed with the back tube sticking out the window with the widows open and it was actually fine. We were only there for 3 nights so it was perfect for us.

Hotel in the centre, wonderful location as just a few steps from the square and the station, the room was quite small, with a box in the wall, a bathroom that, could be more cured, but it was well, a window completely useless, Because there was a wall, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed, a lot of dirty and dirty table, also provided by TV. I only stayed here for 2 nights as it was the most convenient in terms of my location. For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. Overall, i would recommend this hostel for short stays.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
