Hotel is a bit dated. But comfortable. Service is good. Good downtown location but surroundings feel a bit sketchy at night.

Desk staff were friendly and the room was clean though rather 1970’s. Good city view but many sirens throughout the night.
Surrounding streets were full of druggies and homeless who were not threatening but created an uncomfortable environment.

The room exceeds my initial expectations with its spaciousness. Additionally, I'm pleasantly surprised to discover that this hotel is EV-friendly, offering complimentary overnight charging for my electric vehicle. Woke up up in the middle of the night to use the washroom, couldn’t open the door because it locked itself and won’t open, called front desk, they came up to open it but the couldn’t, they said “maintenance will start working at 9 AM", so i had to go from out floor 15 all the way down to floor 2 to use the public washroom. All the sleep in the world was gone by then!
the heater in our room was old school and it was super loud and squeaky so had to keep it off over night while we were going through an arctic outflow.
With all that, no acknowledgment whatsoever from the staff…could’ve done something about it but hey, first world problems!

The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite as well as the cleaning staff. Would stay here again. Make sure you pay for parking with the hangTag app or ask the front desk for parking
