We booked the Panoramic Suite and it was beautiful, highly recommended and the rest of the hotel is just so nice!

The hotel is fine. But how come I found out it only cost me Cdn.$368 about $20 cheaper than I booked through you.

Outstanding service at the hotel and both restaurants. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it for sure!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

Very happy with the hotel

The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

Nice hotel, loved the heated outdoor pool and sauna as well as the breakfast buffet. Happy to come back.

Front desk women was super kind, attentive and nice

It’s a bit old and more like a resort,,, not hotel,, but the location and outside view are the best!!!! Staffs are nice, too!!! Gonna come back again. See the outside view of the hotel!

Nice hotel with stunning view over the bay. Super close to Stanley Park.

Parking spot very tight and limited, can hardly park vehicle at times Breakfast limited choices for buffee, almost identical, Overall stay is more than just satisfaction

Good place and nice location

The room is not big, sea view room, the overall experience is good

The location is a bit remote. I had to wait for the room when I got there. The front desk staff was not skilled at their work. It took nearly half an hour to check in.
