"Very nice hotel, not too noisy in the city center, clean and tidy, good service attitude, spacious and bright. Will book this next business trip. Highly recommend friends who give the line."
"The hotel has a five-star style, and the rooms are very nice and have a terrace. The hotel facilities are clean and fresh. The hotel's breakfast is available on request. The food is good and worth trying. "
"This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver. Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver.
I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person, but just half an hour.
This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel."

"We recently stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver and were pleased with its excellent location, conveniently close to designer shops and fine dining options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although they had a more traditional feel. Initially, we encountered a minor issue with mold in our first room’s bathroom. However, the staff were quick to address the situation and promptly relocated us to a different room. While the amenities were functional, they did show signs of aging. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's prime location and the attentive service."
"I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby.
The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely valued as a guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"The hotel has a small appearance and is very old. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to get to the city center. The room size and facilities are very satisfactory. The only thing I don't understand is that there is a line in the booking introduction that there are alcoholic drinks in the room, but in fact Only capsule coffee and bottled water are provided, and alcohol is charged. If this is the case, why do you still write it? What is the need?"
"No breakfast, but there is coffee, it is very convenient to bring children, parking for 32 or so Canadian dollars a night, go out for a few minutes is a lively food street, the supermarket is also nearby, very close to the beach, go for a walk at night! I will go next time, if I bring my child! Yes, the highlight is the kitchen, everything is there, take the baby to the supermarket to buy the ingredients to roast a pizza to eat, the dish and the knife, the fork and the pot cup are more complete than my home, very good!"
"Because the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful."

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

WWai KwanExcellent location, at Burred station, waterfront line skytrain. Our room was upgraded to Balcony room. Not sure if good or not because first morning awoke by crow calling. 2nd morning awoke by other guests closing doors and noisy chatting at corridor during quiet hours. Only a few minutes walking, you could reach any kinds of restaurant you want that haven't chance to try hotel's. Service rating is N/A, only check-in would meet front desk.

JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

HHai ZhuClose to downtown, easy access to eats, drinks and transit. Room is big and well maintained. Shampoo and body wash were prepared. Bedding was comfortable with three pillows. Sound isolation seemed to be good.
Washbasin was in the living room. For drinking water, you would need to bring water bottles yourself, or boil water in the kitchen, which is in a separate unit or another floor. those are a little inconvenient for me.

Very Good
GGuest User* The fragrance used in the lobby and hallway is not very pleasant.
* We like the self-served coffee machine at the lobby.
* We had difficulty searching for the carpark lot next to the hotel but we managed to get it sorted out using the internet call option in Trip.com apps plus the help by the hotel front desk stuff.

Very Good
BBetty CCCWe only stayed for one night. It had two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The space was very comfortable and fully equipped like a home, with microwaves, coffee machines, instant pots, stoves, refrigerators, desks, etc.
There is a TV in each room and the living room. There are makeup mirrors and bedside tables in the bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the windows is very good.
The bed was very soft. I originally thought it would be too soft to sleep on, but I ended up having a good sleep until dawn. It was very comfortable.
The location is great and very convenient for shopping. There are many stores downstairs where you can buy food. There are McDonald's, Japanese ramen, and Zhenzhudan across the street~
The Chinese restaurant next door to Zhen Zhu Dan also has great food. The boss is very polite and will chat with you and recommend delicious meals to you.

Good
AAGM03The location was good, not core Downtown.
Staff was pleasant.
Easy check in and check out.
Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries.
Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing.
There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in.
The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi.
The food was amazing, never had mashed potatoes that much before 😂.

GGavin AndrewSuite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too!
Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet.
Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine.
Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry!
Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK!
Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

GGuest UserGreat location. Convenient to get anywhere in the downtown core. Staff is nice and friendly. It wasn't that noisy at night as what I expected. There maybe party people walking in the hallway and talking late at night. But it didn't last too long and wouldn't quite affect the sleep. You cannot ask too much for a hostel like this. Recommend for solo travelers and people need a short stay in the Van City.
