Overall good hotel, some minor issues like door and mirror looked like they needed a repair. Nice view from the room and super comfy bed and pillows.

Great hotel. Big rooms, and comfortable bed. Also enjoyed a quick drink and snack in the restaurant. Right across the street from Canada Place and a quick walk to downtown or Gastown.
Only issue was that check-in took 30 minutes, and check-out took 15 mins. Lines for both.
Also, WiFi was free but had to find the code they gave us to activate it. Otherwise, there was only paid access to WiFi.
Still, we would return!

As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! The sea and the sky are one color, so beautiful that it is breathtaking!

I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery
