Good buffet breakfast Friendly staff Their rooms have shared balconies, so don't forget to lock your balcony doors before going out.

There was no hot water in the room, so I asked for a room change, but the staff said there was no room because the room was full. But there was an additional room on the reservation site. After speaking to the president of the hotel, he changed the room. And the bathroom had hair and booger attached

Very nice view from the top floor. There were a variety of items to choose from for breakfast. It was delicious.

All is good - location, rooms, beds. Only breakfast was mmm.. very meager)) Instant coffee, no milk or creamer etc. But, it's okay. Good view fro upper floors, very nice ventilation. Aircon was quiet and cool.

The hotel is actually found by walking thru the CENTER HOTEL, not obvious. But once thru reception was very helpful, the room very clean , the AC worked well, as did a very clean toilet and shower with ample hot water. The lift worked v well, breakfast was good but be sure to get there relatively early, as some things ran out. Location ison the main street 5 mi walk to everything, including river or the bar area. Overall, an excellent stay for the price.

Service alright, location great, amenities fitting for the price paid. But room is mouldy and smells that way!

While booking do not fall for the balcony, Mountain View room as all rooms share one long conjoined balcony and thus everyone has access to walk to the front of the balcony where the view of the mountains are located. We reserved a balcony, Mountain View room and our view was the building next door. Room was simple, breakfast OK. Bathroom had a leaking problem which took 2 days to fix. Staff is not experienced and hardly helpful. Location is good. The Consiana needs to work with Trip to ensure what it is selling is what the customer receives. The advertising on Trip was quite misleading and not was I expected to receive.
