The hotel was in a great location. It was in the heart of the city centre. But there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away despite the constant airing of the room and there were a lot of moths in the room.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right on the pedestrian street, with double-glazed windows for soundproofing, large space, high ceilings, and water, tissues, and slippers are all available. There are no flaws. I have been to Vienna many times, so I probably won't be going there often in the near future. Otherwise, I will definitely book here again.

It is the perfect location for visiting Vienna's tourist attractions, and I felt like I was living in Vienna. I felt a little privileged to leave the hotel (which felt like home) right in front of the Sacher Cafe, catching people lining up.
If I come to Vienna again, this is a hotel I would definitely choose.
The room I chose did not have a bathtub, only a shower. There was plenty of hot water. There were two types of water, non-gas and gas, and only the number of days of each was provided. There was no additional replenishment.
Shampoo and body soap were also included. If you have any preferences, please buy them at the supermarket or bring your own.

I booked this hotel after seeing the exterior photos, but this is the hotel I regret the most. First of all, the cost-effectiveness is really bad. There is no advantage other than being close to the downtown area, but it is too expensive and the interior is very cramped. I booked a room for 3 people, but it is much smaller than the 2-person rooms at other hotels. There is no reception, so it is impossible to leave your luggage.
Since only 2 floors in the building are used as guest rooms, the upper floors are occupied by residents. The elevator can only accommodate 3-4 people at most.
If you have a carrier, only 2 adults with low weight can use it. Since there is no reception, I couldn't leave my luggage, so I had to pay to use the Vienna Station locker. Parking is also not available. There is no separate shampoo or body wash, and they just provide one combined product. There is a number written on it to call if you need anything, but I didn't call separately because I thought they wouldn't be able to handle it unless it was a real emergency.
It was nice that they gave me a welcome snack and earplugs for the number of people when I checked in, and they cleaned the place every day and changed the towels every day if I asked, but I don't think I will stay here again because of this.
