Great rooms. But horrible service In an effort to be stylish, digital and modern, they have got rid of any personal contact, which basically means if you are an international guest traveling from another country, you have to talk to their bot on watsapp. If they cut down the receptionist, atleast they should have real people respond to watsapp and not a robot. Rooms are ok. The ac in our room was not working and it was a nightmare to get it fixed. I exchanged some 50+ messages with the robot on watsapp and finally gave up and slept in a heaty place. It’s in a decent location if you can take train to city center. Parking on the street is a big hassle. Just an average hotel that misses the point by trying to be digital. As a traveler, I want to speak to people at a hotel and if I have an issue deal with real people.

A clean apartment house with pleasant neighbors just 200m from a metro station! Everything you need is available in the apartment- new, clean and stylish! Self check in is suitable and goes smoothly here. We’re a family from Ukraine and we’re very grateful for the two nights given to us free of charge in the time of need! Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable, in a great location (2 minutes walk from the metro) to visit all of Vienna. The automatic check-in and check-out are very convenient, as well as being able to enter the building and the apartment without keys, only with the code. The free gifts upon arrival are also nice: water, chips, beer, soft drink and coffee pods above all, which in Vienna is a luxury good. There is also a hairdryer (good quality) and an ironing board. The only small lack: a broom to clean with instead of the dustpan and brush.

Fantastic house! Warm clean everything tidy! Fridge with water beers and lemonades! And extra water with two glasses! A coupon for an extra discount! Very kind of the owners! Great decoration with all the comforts! Although very warm with separate quilts for each of us! Excellent and full size products for bath and body creams! Spacious and smartly functional! , the same accommodation exists in other countries too! I definitely recommend it 👌🏻

Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito. Bene arredato. Posizione molto buona, lo stabilimento è vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e in circa 5/10 minuti sei in centro. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per soggiorni tra amici o in famiglia.
