Austria Trend Hotel Ananas - Photo Gallery

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - "triple". Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

Top location with the metro exit in front of the entrance. There are lots of bars and kiosks around. I highly recommend.

Vienna is really a beautiful city. I feel like I have too little time left in Vienna. The location of the hotel is really good. The decoration is a bit old but clean... The facilities are complete and there is a bathtub in the room, but no matter how I adjust it, it will splash into the bathroom when I take a shower... The only drawback is that the subway station next to the hotel is being renovated. It should be more convenient after the renovation!

It is an old-fashioned four-star hotel with a very traditional atmosphere. The front desk was very polite and spoke good English. There were clocks from different places, which was very atmospheric. However, my room was quite far away and the facilities looked a little old. When I went there, the surroundings were still under renovation. However, the service was not bad. It seemed that the room was changed in time if it was wrong. I won't post the room photos because there are my selfies in them.

The accommodation is very clean and the rooms are spacious. There is a lot of subway construction going on in front of the hotel, but it was not too inconvenient. The subway station is very close and it is only two stops to downtown Vienna, so it was very convenient to get around. However, I do not recommend the breakfast. There is a large mart and a McDonald's cafe nearby, so please use those.
