This was the worst and most unpleasant experience... a hotel with minimal equipment, dirty bed linens, unbearable noise and parties until four in the morning in the adjacent rooms... I will never choose this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone else!

booked on *********** as a trip away with my boyfriend, the pictures are nothing at all like the actual monstrosity of a place. It was like going to the toilet in weatherspoons in regards to the amount of stairs to even get to reception. the lady at reception sounded very rude and everyone that was checking in before us was continuing to come down and complain about their rooms and how they’re having money taken out of their bank by them. Myself and my boyfriend immediately upon seeing the property for as it was, left. We have booked another hotel which I would highly recommend for anyone staying in vienna- @vivoaparthotel Arnes hotel vienna is in a very dodgy neighbourhood and it feels very unsafe and we were walking to hotel at 7:40pm, it felt very sketchy. Myself and my partner definitely dodged a bullet with this one!

Hôtel délabré, travaux des 7h du matin.... A fuir La photo de l'hôtel est très vendeuse pas ça dans la réalité 😱 Par rapport à mes photos la 1ere jamais vu sur place .... Les autres oui on l'a vécu réservé 2 Nuits on s'est sauvé après 1 nuit Carrelage sol salle d'eau refait, la porte pas taillé et bien on ferme pas... Odeur de plastique de très bas de gamme dans les chambres.....
