Ok for 1 night stay. A lot of mosquitoes and apartment is quite run down despite being new. Breakfast was very weak in selection and hotel is generally far from all the nice restaurants downtown.

The room is big, clean, spacious, the view is very beautiful, the air conditioner is cool. It is a hotel with Chinese people in the room who speak Chinese, which is a bit difficult to use if you don't know the language.

This residence is located behind itecc in Vientiane. It's quiet because it's not a tourist area, and the room has a washing machine and balcony, so it's great for long-term stays. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, but you have to call Tapsi to move around, and there are no stores nearby yet, so buy snacks in advance.
