This time I went to Hokkaido and stayed at Slow B&B for four days and three nights. My husband and I stayed at Taiwan Slow B&B in Taiwan a few years ago and loved the peaceful life. Well~ The accommodation fee includes breakfast. The food is simple, rich and delicious, and the portions are not big at all! We booked dinner at the B&B for two days, and I have to say it was a surprise! Generally, I think B&Bs provide more family-style meals, but these two days There are appetizers, staple dishes, main dishes, and desserts. It’s exactly like eating in a Western restaurant~ The quality is very good👍🏼👍🏼 They are all delicious and very cost-effective. The same meal in Hong Kong would probably cost twice as much! Great chat You know, it turns out that the B&B has its own pastry chef. No wonder the desserts are of very high quality. You can eat local Hokkaido ingredients here, including Biei pork and Sakurahime chicken, as well as scallops and a variety of fresh vegetables. I personally like scallop risotto and spaghetti with meat sauce! The same goes for Sakurahime chicken~ I already want to eat it again when I think about it. . The staff at the B&B are very kind and friendly, providing immediate assistance when needed and properly reserving space for guests. We all feel very good about it. Next time we have the opportunity, we will continue to enjoy the tranquility and slow leisure time in Hokkaido!
